No joke Good stuff - I always wondered about the “scampi” as I never tasted any parm/romano cheese - but I suppose that’s just their version? Anyhow good stuff mate, I may try to make both versions of the sauce today - mahalo

@@mikethestewburner5505 i've had it several times but I don't see red pepper flakes. whatever it is, it seems to be blended into the scampi sauce. anyway, i like your recipe as well as the clam cakes
I simply love Giovani’s Shrimp Truck. I frequented it often when I lived there. I really miss it.
Now you can make your own. But nothing really beats the experience of the Shrimp Truck
