I’m using the ellaiconic planner next year for goal setting/daily planning. I really liked it when I made the order but now I’ve started setting it up it’s as close to perfect as I’ve found! It doesn’t go into the depth of Powersheets prep but I really don’t mind that. The other big plus is it includes a budgeting page which is handy given that Happy Planner have apparently discontinued their budget planner 😢. It’s the perfect all-in-one-place-stay-focussed setup.
My favorite goal planner is Sarra Cannon's HB90. It's technically for writers, but really anyone can use it. It's a quarterly planner and something you have to download from Etsy and print. While that might be a downside for some, to me that just means you can choose your favorite paper, binding, and covers. The key difference is that it teaches you to apply time management to your goals! It's better if you take her class, but it's not an absolute necessity. She offers the download in a digital version as well as weekly and daily versions with Sunday or Mixed starts, and dated and undated. You should at least have a look, because her daily layout is just so open and flexible. You can really use it for anything.
@@AshleyCadaret I believe I paid about $200 last fall , but for that, you have lifetime access, even if she updates it. Plus access to the HB90 FB groups (one for beginners and one for alumi). There might be a payment plan available (I know she has one for her other course Publish and Thrive) but I'm not certain on that for this one.
Hi Amanda. New sub to your channel. I’ve used the Legend Planner Pro for three years now. I find it’s pages and organization to be very supportive. Price point, quality, and availability on Amazon are also pluses. Wondering how you think this goal tracker/planner compares to the ones you included on your favorites.
Hi! Welcome:) I did review Legend planner several years ago:) The video is still up on my channel. I love hearing how well it's worked for you. It would be hard to compare it in just a few words to all the ones I shared in this video. i would say it's most comparable to Curation in this video...but it's really not the same at all so hard to compare!
Thanks for sharing. ❤❤❤❤❤❤ I’m currently merging my CWM prep work into my 2025 Makselife which I have done since 2021. This year, I might do the tending lists then transfer them as well.
Clever Fox makes great planners at amazing prices and so man to choose from! Thanks for reminding us all about them:) I've reviewed a lot from them in the past couple years;)
So, I got the thumbnail with the “on” button on the green side. Clever! Great review 💛 What Sierra Friend says about having your goals in your main planner is a cool concept. I might try to integrate your trackers into my main planning pages (vs. in a Tracker Planner) for 2025!
Great video! I used Powersheets for several years but I wanted a change this year. I couldn't find anything else that I liked that was a dedicated goal planner (I use Sterling Ink's Common Planner for my weeklies) so I decided to try a Laurel Denise Project Planner and repurpose into a goal planner for this year. I'll do some of the PS prep work in the grid pages in the back. Looking forward to doing something with less structure. I was starting to feel a little boxed in with Powersheets after using them for four years.
That is perfect! I have made my own goal setting system similar to that in a Golden Coil notebook to use for many years (I made a video on it last year...and will do an update on it at the end of December or beginning of January for 2025). Once you have used the systems you really learn what works for you and what parts don't and can craft your own system:) And the LD project planner could not be more perfect for that!
Yay time for 2025 goal planners. Thanks so much. I always end up getting powersheets and I love the prep work but I hardly ever follow through on the rest of it. With that said I’m sure I’ll get it again this year! lol. I also have both monk Planners and I love the daily monk Planner. Tried Makse but not enough of prep work.
I have heard that from many people on Powersheets...that they buy it just for prep work and to them the cost is worth it even if they don't use it the whole year. Hopefully you feel that way too?!
@@AmandasFavoritesyes I think it must be worth it or I would not do it but I think I feel disappointed with myself for not fully using it all year. But I keep trying and I do use a few months here and there typically. I really do think powersheets is the best goal planner I’ve seen so far. I keep looking for something new and unique but so far nothing seems better to me.
Enjoyed this. I was drawn to the Curation Planner. I purchased two ninety day views to try it out and purchase in 2025 if it works for me. I wonder if they have academic year planners, they do have an updated version. Looks like a quality product. Thanks Amanda.
I liked the Monk daily especially with having a religious tie in. When I was young and likely many other young people get caught up in the idea that we control our lives - see I accomplished all I planned. It’s not until we are older that we realize who really controls the events in our lives.
@amanda how do you pick your planner stack? I’m stuck on Goal Planner and my weekly/ daily. I have been planning for years and have used alot the ones on market but this year I want to make a good choice. I’m wondering if I can chat with you lol before buying all this stuff 😊
Trying to decide really is hard! And talking it over with another planner friend is so helpful! But we don't all have friends that love or understand planners! I have thought of offering some type of consultation zoom calls because I've been asked many times! But I have yet to figure out how to fit that into my life;) Right now the closest thing is my monthly Patreon Zoom calls. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and can chime in on your planner questions;) xxx

I've never looked at that planner before I will have to go check it out:) Thanks for watching and sharing:)

Thank you for sharing all the details of that system with me Leslie! I've heard of it...but never taken a detailed look:)
Love Sarra Cannon. The course is great, but anything I have to print myself is a no go.
How much is the boot camp? I’m not seeing a price since it’s not
Open for enrollment until December

I agree with your choices! These are definitely the best goal planners out there that I have seen personally. ❤️
Thanks Jana! And you have tried a lot of them too!

Love the video. ❤
Thank you!!
Love this! Trying to choose between Passion Planner (something I’ve used before) and Hemlock and Oak (bright, shiny and new)
Oh, the bright, shiny, and new is so hard to resist! Both amazing planners IMO;)

Thanks for sharing how you combine those systems Kim:)
Im going with Cleaver Fox food planner pro

Great ideas to just try that small tweak:) And thanks for letting us know which TN you got;)
Love the hemlock and oak set up I just wish they had a monthly version I don’t need a weekly. So I’ll be going with powersheets this year
Oh, gotcha. That would be a good addition to H & O. Maybe as they grow that will be added....
Thank you! For $70.00 I bought the large surprise bag that comes with the 2025 powersheets! Using your link and discount code! ❤❤❤
How fun!!! Enjoy it all when it arrives! And thank you for using my link!

Good plan to give it a try with the 90 day books! It is such a cool system and so unique! I don't think they do academic year...from what I have seen.

I am joining Patreon. I am on the fence on too many planners. Thank you for the detailed information on goal planners.
