I love watching your annual goal setting videos. I found you last year when you were working through your assessment and setting your goals for the new year and I'm back again to go through it with you now! I don't use a Makselife throughout the year but I do use parts of their goal setting to help start off successfully in the new year. Thanks for being so relatable and sharing your process!
I always enjoy your prep work videos for the year to come. The way you do it makes so much sense to me. Thankful to you for sharing your process. 2024 seems to have been a very challenging year for many. 2 years since you were unwell and in hospital with kidney issue 😮. Cannot believe it’s 2 years !!!
Thank you so much for continuing this series. I love it every year. I so appreciate you for all the work it takes to get this together. Happy Thanksgiving!
Look forward to this series every year! Im doing this with you. I went back to the vertical setup for 2025. I'm in the reflections booklet. Thanks for showing the worksheets.
This the first year I am working through this with you in my own Makselife Planner. I feel so much more empowered and excited for the year to come. I am excited for this whole series!
I absolutely love these videos from you every year, Taylor! I love seeing how you work through the system and find so much value from them! Can't wait for the next ones ♥
Also back to comment on nonfiction…Divine Might - I love mythology & stories that center the women & this author does a lot with that. Also read The Woman They Could Not Silence and loved it. As an 80’s child living in Florida I also really got a lot from the new Challenger book by Adam Higgenbotham (can’t recall the exact title). Happy reading & happy 2025!
Thank you for these videos. They are extremely helpful. I’ve never have gotten this far and been so excited about my goals. About me: I’m 58, widowed 24 years, no children, I own a condo and I work in public education - in the IT department. I set up and maintain the teacher and admin computers. ❤️
Taylor, I have an extra 2024 reflection booklet that I would love to gift to someone. I am just starting my prep work. Starting my 2024 reflections work this weekend.
So helpful, thorough, personable and honest.....I really appreciate all your videos. I'm a retired educator (happy!) and hope things work out in your home state with the curriculum, a lot to deal with......with work goals, maybe imagine each scenario/outcome that could happen, and your plan of what to do in each case. It's hard to set goals when someone else is in charge. As for reading, did you say you're reading non-fiction now and imply you want to get into fiction? If so, you might enjoy Demon Copperhead, nice change from Grit, Mindset, all those great educator reads. Cats......have you watched the movie Kedi? Soooo good!
I haven't gotten my new companion notebooks yet, do you know if there is a downloadable file for the yearly reflections? I found all the other downloads. Thanks, Taylor!
If you're doing your goal prep work with me, let me know! We're in this together!

@@sandradeshong3628 there’s not one for yearly reflections that I’m aware of but you could definitely jot down some notes for each of the prompts.
Have you read Educated? As an educator it is a must read and is absolutely wonderful and nonfiction.
@@grbrown2425 I think I read it a couple years ago but I’ll have to check.
