I have seen many people giving info relating visas for students/migration/business. Mr Deepesh Deshmukh is the first person in my 24 years of experience that I saw as the only honest guy be it as an advisor or a consultant who will own his words. I would highly recommend anyone whoever seeking visa programs to follow his footsteps & proceed through him blindly for their work to get done without any doubt. I don’t get impressed easily by any consultants but Well done Mr Mukesh, hats off to you.
Quite informative Sir !
Thank you Dipesh ji and Raghav sir, very helpful
Very Informative 😊😊
Glad you think so!
one thing Bhai saab missing is texas state dont have state tax but it does have sale tac, property tax and otehr taxes . which are higher than any other state and also salaries will be less when compared to other state. so it gets compensate in other areas. so no big deal.typical state tax is 4-5%
insightful 🙌

19:31 indians can also apply for EB3.
You were wrong. H1Bs can apply for EB2 and EB2-based green cards. EB-2 workers hold advanced degrees and specialized knowledge in medicine, engineering, energy, leadership, and business. EB-3 - Skilled or Professional Workers. EB-3 candidates hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and have at least five years of experience.
Well high skilled definition is also contentious. Indians do not consider Carpenters and plumbers skilled vs some generic MBAs. Too many "high skilled" generic college graduates vs skilled trades people
You missed the part where the wait time is over 150 years for someone from India to get a Greencard on EB2 and EB3
@yrheuw9515 some of that blame also rests with the indian govt. China also has a backlog but it's only a few years VS the backlog for india. The lack of opportunities in India drives 3-4 times number of international students to stay back vs China with a similar population. The small size of the indian economy relative to the huge number of young people means that even abroad the competition amongst indians is getting intense.
@@ohhell1234 True. But the fact that Indian education is in english also plays a huge role. Most Chinese choose to do PhD's while most Indian's do Masters degrees
PhDs get first preference and EB1 access. Only after this is done do the EB2 and EB3 get filled. So Indian's have a larger wait time.
I lived in both US and Canada. I feel Canada is a better place to live
In us in which state? Cuz it depends on state also. Here in New York and New Jersey I feel better actually
@@sankkham used to stay in Richmond VA and Raleigh NC in US and moved to Kitchener ON in Canada. Love the place and outdoors
@@princeofheaven19 ok I lived at New York and New Jersey I felt good here. Although for me whole usa is unsafe. I never travelled in us at night and even afternoon is also risky at some places

Yes.. because it's filled with incompetent people... usa has smart people who challenge you every day 😅
11:10 visa
I lives in mexico as permanent resident, i do have both tourist visas of Canada and America, still i love it here more in Mexico... You could buy house in 50,000 usd, living expence is cheap... Earning income if you doing business is 5000 to 10000 usd...
Mexico is neighbours so u cn go whenever u want but india me American dream bht
One thing, since I've studied I the US for Masters like Deepesh, in the UK, I guess one can work for any legal job 20 hrs/ week irrespective of his/her education while studying
Free Mai bahut kuch Janne ko mil gaya 😊
Does European passport give advantage for H1B Visa??
And what about J1 visa?
American dream should be for Americans.
The EB5 visa $800,000 should be AT RISK money
So you invest in a project that might or might not survive. You should show that the business generated at least 10 american jobs for atleast a year
And there is a risk that your money will never come back.
If it is guaranteed to be returned, Indian banks would be giving out dedicated EB5 loans by now
C1d visa to h1 b visa
