Your videos have helped me so much thus far. I am letting my baby bake right now so i can apply the base coat. I am making her from my 78 year old grandmother who loves dolls. +Elba Ribeiro To remove dirt and oils. The paint does not stick to dirty spots. Hopefully, a friend of mine is going to help me translate some of these videos into Portuguese, so hopefully you'll be understanding everything soon!
Probably, if that's all you've got. I wouldn't recommend it just due to fumes and toxicity concerns. But you can test a tiny part of the vinyl to make sure it doesn't dissolve vinyl. However, if that was all I had on hand, I'd just use detergent and stop there. :)
Hallo, can anyone help me here, please. I have bought this kit and I´m not sure if it´s the kit or me, but no matter what I wash it with ( dish washing soaps, rubbing alcohol I have even tried a nail polish remover, I have washed with alcohol everything and I´m using rubber gloves) but the colors won´t stick to it. I use air drying paint and I have even used 3 different types so I think it won´t be the paint I do not use any cheap or random acrylic paint. But the kit is from ebay, so I think it should be, well good enough for me to mess the first one. How can I learn when the paint won´t settle down? I am so desperate, please help.
One of the reasons why I don't actively promote acrylic paint is because some brands do have adhesion problems with vinyl. It's not inexpensive and I can't guarantee that it will work, but you might try Luminaire Vinyl Prep on your kit to improve the adhesion of your paint. luminairepaint.net/products/luminaire-vinyl-prep?variant=1162891589 I think it's unlikely that the kit is the issue. Thank you so much, I have to find out what this is in my language and country, but I have some shaps and since I was so desperate I have tried that and it is just find, only it makes the kit white. They only had white, but now I see that it is the right thing it is Gesso universal primer. I´m in and I´m starting.

to wash the doll i use a white wash cloth a bit damp and i find it better plus it saves water

what do u do if your oven doesn't have a power setting>
What is the temp and time for the new nuwave
250 for 11 mins
Right! :) Some artists also get good results at temperatures as high as 275. But my dolls get too shiny when I cure at that temperature.
What kind of gloves do you use?
I use nitrile gloves. Latex gloves are fine too, just be careful not to transfer any powder to the doll.

You can skip the bake and let the kit air dry. You can also skip the alcohol if the fumes bother you. :)

You can't hear what you are saying because you aren't near the microphone and that music that is so ridiculous and overwhelmed what you are saying
