RESTORATION The Most Destroyed & Rusty Angle Grinder you never seen before - Kinda IMPOSSIBLE Repair

  • This was the most challenging and hardest restoration i have ever done. This was a really impossible restoration to do even i was thinking to gave up but i intended to do it and finally i did it and the whole video is infront of you. The most difficult part was to pull up the ARMATURE but the Screws were also hard to take out because they were all Dissolved in the rust and whenever i tried to take them out they simply broke but i used some specific techniques and Finally i opened all the screws.
Secondly After opening the screws the challenging part was to open the Aluminium head i spent alot of time on opening of every single part of this angle grinder Even the Axle inside the gears was broke that was so disappointing.
After that i just putted alot of force on opening the grinder head due to the force, head broke down but there was an advantage. A year ago my Bosch Grinder has Exploded due to high temperature of usage That was way very similar to this Model of Angle Grinder so i used most of the parts of that Destroyed Bosch Angle grinder.
I almost spent two days to open the Armature of this grinder even i used different techniques but all in vain. At the End i got an idea to make an hole from the back side and that worked really well and it was even my last hope.
But Thanks to ALLAH ALMIGHTY. He is the creator and the perfect Helper for me
At the end of reassembling this Grinder i made my own logo of Random Hands and attached to this grinder because i dont know the company of making this model. And i think i am the new creator of this Machine so it was not the bad decision to put my own logo on it.

    How I would restore this:
Step 1- Scrutinise the grinder for places to work on
Step 2- Unscrew a few screws.
Step 3- Give up hope, throw it into the bin where it belongs

So many parts you broke from being so harsh with things that take a little more finesse to remove. Patients is virtue and absolutely needed when you have plans to save as many parts as possible. And when you have things like this to disassemble. try looking up the break downs for that manufacture to see how to do it without damaging more of it. The key to refurbishing things is understanding how they are built so you can systematically disassemble them with easiest way. I will say you made it work, but with spare parts from another unit. But it works in the end and I guess that is what matters...
