    Miles helping Peter go home is one of my favorite Spider-Man moments ever. A nice reminder that we can't know if we'll mess up but we have to try. That even if we mess up again we'll be okay. Dang it, that's good.

    "That person who helps others simply because it should or must be done, and because it is the right thing to do, is indeed without a doubt, a real superhero." -Stan Lee. This film was the first comic film released after Stan Lee passed away in 2018, and they managed to put this quote in as a tribute to him in the credits. If a life really can change with a leap of faith, I hope those words help you find the strength for yours.

    Miles is a very new character thats apart to why so many people didnt know about him, most character were made in like the 60s to 90s. Miles was made in the early 2010s so he is very new compared to the rest

    • @TheShadowSythe
      @TheShadowSythe หลายเดือนก่อน +7

      Specifically, he was made after the first internet campaign to make Donald Glover Spider-Man. Bendis said Miles is mostly inspired by that!

    • @plocky4275
      @plocky4275 หลายเดือนก่อน +8

      @@TheShadowSythe And it ties beautifully with something Stan Lee said multiple times:
      _"You know one of the greatest things about Spider-Man's outfit? His costume. He is completely covered, so any kid could imagine he's Spider-Man, because no color of the skin shows. He could be black under that, he could be red, he could be yellow, he could belong to any race. And that wasn't done purposefully, it was done accidentally, but I think it was the best thing we did: making him so that he could be anybody under that costume"_ - Larry King interview S4 E14 (2015)
      _"What I like about the costume is that anybody reading Spider-Man in any part of the world can imagine that they themselves are under the costume. And that’s a good thing"_ - Newsarama (2015)
      In many ways, Miles and the multiple Spider-People that have appeared over the decades embody that belief, especially because Spidey has always been Marvel's most popular superhero. He's relatable and down-to-earth, while also representing a simple and yet powerful ideal that everyone can connect with
      Excelsior!

These posts carry a lot of the sign posts for social engineering and are almost definitely phishing attempts that merely copied Stef's channel image to try and appear authentic. If Stef were willing to give out a contact address on You Tube there is no reason to create a second channel that has the address, and I'm quite confident that she would not expose her contact information on such an open channel. Personally, I intend to report the channel as phishing, because even if it is the real Stef, that would have no impact on her real channel and the odds of it being the real Stef are extremely low.

    Good reaction! Spiderverse is a amazing introduction to the character of Miles Morales and the rest of the different Spider people who are from the comics. Miles was introduced in the Ultimate Marvel Comics which was a alternate universe of the main Marvel timeline which was dubbed “616”. Miles became Spider-Man after his Peter died and took on the mantle. He became really popular after that appearing in a lot of media recently including the Spiderverse movies.
    I would suggest watching the first two Venom films before watching the next Tom Holland movie, “Spider-Man No Way Home.” Also the sequel to “Into the Spiderverse”, “Across the Spiderverse” you could watch before or after No Way Home. ^^

    So comic book companies have a problem of having decades of storylines, but also not wanting to overwhelm new readers. Marvel started something called the Ultimate Universe. Actually Samuel Jackson as Nick Fury and Tony Stark revealing his identity as Ironman were from that Universe ( and you can say Special Agent Hawkeye vs, former villain Hawkeye). Miles Morales was a protégé to Peter and when Peter died, he gave the mantle of Spiderman over to Miles. There is a whole multiverse of "Spidermen" and they are pretty cool.

But I love watching your videos because of the insights you reveal into mental health during several of your reactions, especially this one. Your statement during the leap of faith segment, how you reacted to the scene of social anxiety, I thank you for those messages because it helps me to see someone who obviously has lived experience, using the platform you have to speak about what you've learned in your own journey, especially because that's not the focus of the channel but just part of who you are coming through in the way you speak and react. I hope when you watch this movie again, and maybe even when you watch your own reaction, that you remember that you are not alone and you can find messages of hope in the most unexpected places. And also remember that you are a source of joy and hope to others, even though you don't have to be, you choose to be.

    Reasons why I love watching Stef's vids is that not only is she watching like all my fav movies, but at some point, that spanish inside of her comes out 😂😊
    Friends at school who are hispanic are always like nervous or even ashamed to speak spanish. I would speak spanish y ellos siempre me responden en ingles (and they'd always respond in english). And seeing Stef not care makes me happy
    Btw Stef, I don't think you have to watch any MCU movie in between Far from home and No way home to be caught up. Just skip to No Way Home, and then go back to chronological order. Trust me, you won't regret it, and you'll love Spider-Man: No Way Home

    Fun Fact: the writers wanted Peter B Parker to be Tobey Maguires Peter and be voiced by him but Sony said no because they “felt it was too soon” to have him play the character again.

    Kathryn Hahn as Doc Ock in this is frickin’ genius. Of course, knowing how well she played the secret villain in this movie was a total giveaway for me when they cast her in WandaVision.
    The Leap of Faith/What’s Up Danger scene is in my top 3 of all comic book movie scenes. I’d be surprised if it wasn’t for anybody who’s actually seen this movie.

    Such a good movie, it's actually in my top 3 of all time, because it's just amazing in every aspect and what sets it apart from a lot of other stuff is the gorgeous art work and care that went into every scene. The sequel is btw even better and my favorite movie of all time.
    I also think the Leap of Faith scene is the best scene in history. It builds so beautifully on everything else shown before and is thematically (and visually) perfectly executed ❤
