Hey Dave any experience on replacing ball joints and arm assembly? My grandson had a little accident and caught a tree no injuries to him thankfully he was wearing his seat belt but the left took substantial damage. I have a new ball joint assembly and A - Arm assembly to start . Still needing an A- Arm but there on back order. Thanks!!!

Got another 2021 Coleman ut400 question for you. It died while driving it, and hasn’t restarted since… I have replaced the fuel pump, battery, fuses, fuel filter, starter solenoid twice, spark plug , air filter and still nothing. When I turn the key I can see the dashboard light come on and hear the click of the starter. It won’t try to crank over at all. Any ideas? I’m stumped…
my ut400 wouldnt start even with starting fluid, i checked everything obvious, has fuel, spark, new plug, checked fuses, cleaned spark arrestor, i started cleaning throttle body cuz i noticed oil in there. when i remove the tps sensor it will run if i give it throttle. i replaced sensor still does same thing. i took throttle body off and it will run but it is blowing exhaust out the intake and the exhaust? checked valves and they are not stuck. and it back fires through intake . i cant figure it out…
@@joshp6024 You probably need to adjust the valves. I would almost guarantee that is the problem. How many miles on it?
@ i took timing cover off and i can take the chain off by hand its loose also one side of one of the links is broken..

Coleman UTV 400 runs but isn’t starting right up. The engine could be flooding out. How do you fix that?
@@lancerickets I would check the valve clearance. How many miles on it?

@@rtdave6982I would like to ask again. I have a leaks from my exhaust pipe near the cylinder head. Is it one of the reason that my machine didn’t start and had a low power? I would like to ask also what size of gasket I need to buy for that leaks. Thank you.
