    Thank's for posting your experience. I've been on the fence about it.
    I'll be ordering this RSC damper for my 22 SP great video as always!

    I installed mine this morning. I used a combination of the included instructions and your instructions... planning to start adjusting it to fit my riding style tomorrow.

    Hey YamaYari, I followed the Pure Performance Cycles link, but before ordering I contacted them asking if they provide Military Discounts. Mike quickly got back to me, and sure enough he is able to provide me with a discount. I am looking forward to my Black w/Gold Accents & Gold Mounting Bracket HyperPro RSC for my 22 MT09. Thanks for the content, link, and huge thanks to Pure Performance Cycles for supporting our Military!!

    Nice to see a video from you again. I noticed the OEM flyscreen 2 videos ago. I think it looks better than the Puig.
    Looking forward to more content..👍🏻

    Also thanks for the input on the damper I’m waiting on mine to get here any day. After this video I’m glad I ordered it, was hoping I would notice a difference at high speeds. Seems like I will!

    I think my idea on damper use by hyper pro 👌. Im the first who made a DIY steering damper

    Hey yari Tst industries had my 2022 mt 09 sp on there dyno and Alex did a great job with mine. I do have the full DNA stage 2 air box. I was going to go with VCLyNut’s flash but didn’t want to go with all the removal and shipping. The gains I got from mine after we did the dyno are great! You might want to check back with them! Great video! I agree about this bike it’s my favorite bike I’ve had!

    • @yamayari8351
      @yamayari8351  ปีที่แล้ว

      They actually did my first flash on the 21 base model I had. It came out really good. It’s just that I’ve always been wanting to use Vcyclenut and I have actually promised him that the next flash I will go with him. So hopefully I can get it done but you’re right. Alex did a great job.

      @@yamayari8351 Bart told me that when I was there one day actually. I’m pretty sure that is the one Alex loaded in when I first got there to check if I liked it before we put the DNA stage 2 air box on. Once we installed the DNA air box he did the full dyno run on it and there we’re definitely gains from the box almost 5 hp in some spots throughout the rev range in some gears. Alex went through the specs to make sure there were no differences with the base model to the sp and there wasn’t.

    • @jrobbxmoto1998
      @jrobbxmoto1998 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry 3.8 hp and I think a little over 4 in some spots through the rev range. So call it almost 5 lol.

    If you are not having tank slappers all you did is reduce the front wheels tracking motion. The wheel tracks the ground for better grip, now it tracks less.....less grip possibly.

    Considering how light the steering gets under hard acceleration. This is prolly worth every penny.

  • @zgjfinance2796

    Just got my 2021 mt09 sp and the bars are soo light and can induce wobble under acceleration and I feel like a tank slapper is about to happen. It’s not very confident inspiring. We’re you having similar issues/situations?

    • @yamayari8351
      @yamayari8351  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes. That’s why I wanted this part so so bad!

    I'm planning to get mt09cp3. In my country, there's no SP imported. Just the basic MT09cp3. Does the basic need damper as well?

    • @paulhope3401
      @paulhope3401 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you have your bike setup for your weight on either the >21 basic or SP models, you probably don't need one...
      After being setup by a suspension specialist, my 23 SP's front end now feels totally solid no more wobble.. and my bike also feels much better handlingwise. Glad I did that than just stick a steering damper on just to mask an issue that really lies elsewhere. Suspension setup was far less expensive too.
