That doesn’t make any sense. It can’t be decided by the states. If abortion is an individual right, then no state can be permitted to abridge it. If abortion is murder, then no states can be permitted to legalize murder. It has to be federally legislated.

The problem is that subjective morals can’t be justly legislated on a federal level. (At least until we can collectively and objectively define the point at which life begins.) Unfortunately, both sides of the argument are difficult and sad. But at least, if we leave the decision up to the states, then it’s up to the people to vote on the issue for the jurisdiction in which they live, and the decision won’t be made by 9 lawyers in fancy robes for everyone else.

Just a thought on democrats. We need a defining term for those who seek to destroy our way of life. Many democratic voters have been blindsided by the anarchy that is trying to “ build back better”. There is NO WAY that anyone who is actually being intellectually honest with themselves could possibly refute the accuracy of this presentation!Ending Roe V. Wade DOES NOT outlaw abortion. It will give the right back to the states to pass their own abortion laws, or none at all. And once the creation of these laws goes back to the states, the states are controlled by the voting public! The people at large should LOVE this!
That doesn’t make any sense. It can’t be decided by the states. If abortion is an individual right, then no state can be permitted to abridge it. If abortion is murder, then no states can be permitted to legalize murder. It has to be federally legislated.
@@mikeviking1000 I personally believe that life begins once there is an individual heartbeat (which is typically about 2 weeks after conception) but as the courts are viewing it as an individual health issue, rather than a life-or-death thing, this should actually be an issue which would be legislated by the states. The problem is that subjective morals can’t be justly legislated on a federal level. (At least until we can collectively and objectively define the point at which life begins.) Unfortunately, both sides of the argument are difficult and sad. But at least, if we leave the decision up to the states, then it’s up to the people to vote on the issue for the jurisdiction in which they live, and the decision won’t be made by 9 lawyers in fancy robes for everyone else.
