Faiza my daal did go soggy. I followed your recipe to the note. Do you think its because my hob is electric. But it tastes amazing. And is it possible to boil this daal night before?
Doctor kay pas jao to chawal na khao .ghobi na khao ghosht na khao kab tak dhai kheera kha kha kar guzara karay mai bohat jaga search kiya par samajh nahi ata ap ki cooking or teaching style awsome hai i am waiting for ur diet recipes.
Generally desi recipes are healthy if you do not overload oil. I cook all desi recipes with 2 to 4 tablespoon oil (depending on quantity). Healthy and tasty!

Salam. Faiza I was looking at the written recipe in which it said we need to add curry leaves. Did you mean coriander ? Because I didn’t see you add curry leaves. Also, in the video you mention we need to add cumin powder where as in the written recipe it says crushed and roasted cumin seeds, which ones should I add? Sorry I’m a new new bee when it comes to cooking! Please help me out and do reply. Thanks :)
