I started learning cooking since the pandemic and have been a big fan of your recipes. The key is to follow the recipe to the T, and you will never make a mistake no matter what you cook. Whenever I travel and visit a good restaurant, I always end up ordering Dal Makhani. Not a lot of restaurants can get that right balance in Dal Makhani. It is a challenging dish indeed. Hi , I am an avid follower of your recipes, I like how easily you teach even complex techniques and brings the best flavours of a recipe. The best part about YFL is that you tell the industry secrets of great cooking which many other chefs forget to mention (maybe they think we already do, but we dont! :D) One of my favourite things i learned from YFL was how long to cook rice before draining it for the purpose of Biryani. I started learning cooking since the pandemic and have been a big fan of your recipes. The key is to follow the recipe to the T, and you will never make a mistake no matter what you cook.
Whenever I travel and visit a good restaurant, I always end up ordering Dal Makhani. Not a lot of restaurants can get that right balance in Dal Makhani. It is a challenging dish indeed. Patience is key. The best I’ve ever had was in Delhi, and it was lip-smacking!

Hi , I am an avid follower of your recipes, I like how easily you teach even complex techniques and brings the best flavours of a recipe. I personally trust Milton products and at our home we have been using Milton products from my childhood until now from thermo flasks to casseroles. Milton never disappoint. If I get a chance to get this giveaway i will prepare paneer capsicum without onion garlic for my parents. As you told this cookware comes with very high quality non stick coating, and during the making process of both this mixture,we need to give it very attention. If we will not use such type of cookware, mixture will stick bottom of the pan though we stir it continuously.. lots of love ❤️
