The patent was applied for and about 14 members of that company were on that flight. The patent application stated at the end that" if the patentees do not survive the date the patent is granted then the patent would be owned by Jacob Rothschild-head board of directors of Caryle that owned 196 million shares in Freescale. The older pilot might have taken over the cockpit and diverted the plane. The younger pilot could have tried to call for help but was cut short. The content of that call could be important.

The theory may be this that the senior pilot had gotten some stroke suddenly and could have been collapsed.The junior pilot might have shocked to see this happen and distressfully tried to take over the control of the plane in which he wasn't successful and lost the control of the flight and at last the plane was drowned into waters of the ocean.
Ony 2 theories make sense to me. (1). Mechanical failure and pilots lost control of the plane. Very similar to Kobe Bryant's helicopter crash. The only difference is this MH370 case has no bad weather implications unlike Kobe's helicopter. (2). Some paranoid jerks who might have had some suspicion about the tech guru's onboard the fight may have staged a cyber attack on the plane's electrics systems and taken remote control of the plane, but then it all went totally wrong and they also lost control. If pilots lose control of the plane, only a remote control crew would be able to make it change course the manner in which it did. If my assumption is true, then the question is, who might have taken remote control of the plane and why?

I still suspect it was hypoxia due to some slow decompression, like what happened to, Helios FLT 522 in 2005. I think MH370 is probably in waters off the coast of Antarctica. Not sure if they have searched there, very difficult and dangerous area.
Initially Inmarsat wasn’t sure if the plane went south or north. After many unsuccessful searches in the Indian Ocean we can now conclude that the plane went North possibly at Kazathstan. It becomes even more clearer that the Russian had aomeoto do with it after downing MH17.
It seems to me one of a few different possibilities. A catastrophic loss of electronics (transponder & radio, primarily) due to some kind of fire, possibly from lithium batteries in the cargo hold...then, manual attempts to find an emergency landing site but making navigational choices/guesses without electronic assistance, accounting for the many course changes. Or, it was hijacked by someone with good knowledge of the aircraft (to turn off the transponder) and piloting skill...and with its likely sighting low over the Maldives Islands south of India, that meant that it was heading West -- possibly towards Somalia, a haven for terrorists, flying low to avoid radar? Or, it was hijacked by some kind of new, sophisticated electronic means, also accounting for the cutting off of communications & transponder...either by some of the questionable electronics engineers among the passengers (see other comments below), or a military experimenting with a real-life test case. Also, the sudden climb to 45,000 feet has been said to likely have cause all passengers & crew (outside of the cockpit) to black out, and possibly die...that's the most intriguing point to me.

It was not the pilot at all. He has a perfect record. Many, many professional pilots and hobbyists have the same simulator software at home. That does not make him a suspect in the missing flight. He had no motive whatsoever. It just makes no sense. The businessmen with the engineering patent pending, seems a more plausible theory.
I do also think it was the main pilot committing suicide and murder! He was an excellent pilot and could pull this off and his simulator at home shows him performing this event as oractice!? What mire do you need!!?? I believe when he said “ Goodnight Malaysia 370” he meant just that!! Saying goodnight to the flight , the plane, his life, and all those people he was responsible for on board and ultimately felt he controlled their destiny since they boarded and out their lives in his hands so he rightly had ability to control their fate. And he did. He also repeated a final comment twice that is normally stated once to the controller. The second time his voice is a bit more stressed and pressured . I Dont think it’s the pilot or the fact he has a simulator in his home… maybe he had a feeling something might go wrong on that flight and it was God trying to send out a signal to him and him trying to find a solution to keep everyone safe…. You don’t need to fly for 6hours after going off radar to commit suicide… if it was a suicide attempt it wouldn’t need to go off radar and all the events that unfolded wouldn’t need be…. Someone who wants to commit suicide and take with him all those lives obviously wouldn’t want it to be a secret… he would want it to be a known fact… I think a technical glitch happened and even though the pilot has flown that route so many times his still human and it’s the skies we are talking about it’s very large and identical…. You need to be on radar or have on u a working compass to know your route there isn’t any known landmark in the sky…. A hijack is also possible but why will the hijackers want to return back to the same route of take off? I think technical issues occurred and the pilot wasn’t confident enough to fly that plane on his own without the radar working so he chose to return back and land the plane……unfortunately he couldn’t make it
We also fly Malaysian airlines before we changed it to Emirates airlines from Germany to the Philippines vice versa and boths are good In services good foods and friendly crews but I love more Dubai international airport for stop over and had for almost 9 years fllying with Emirates airlines is assurances safe to travel

the pilot takes the same route on his home Nintendo he wanted suicide i think he went to bathroom and came back and locked the door and stabbed young pilot in the neck so he couldn't talk and he died quickly. The passengers don't know which direction the plane was going so no reason to call your loved ones. If young pilot was locked outside cockpit people would be calling their families and leave messages.
