Edit: I didn’t want to bring it up, but with the two perks, doesn’t Shield Mastery increase the action speed of your next BLOCK by 50%? So it wouldn’t stack with the other 10% Counter Attack speed buff. Still a faster attack into a faster block, keeping the combo up and your example works perfectly still. Just a thought, good stuff regardless!
It increases your action speed after you block same with counter attack they 100% stack. The wording is just messed up. You can easily test it by just throwing on shield mastery and see how quick your next attack is after blocking
