Maybe this is a part of her humanity that wants to survive no matter what against death, but that's also precisely what made her lose her humanity. She doesn't want empathy anymore, she just wants the truth behind evolution and she thinks everybody else is not as free as she is because none of them understand the infinity beyond that she describes. Mortal concepts such as monster, undead, crazy or obsessed doesn't apply to her because she is not, at least on the topic of self identification, a human. She is something more, she is more than a human, more than a monster, more than a villain. No, it's not Mobius. At least not directly. It is confirmed by Mobius herself that the founder of the World Serpent is Grey Serpent. WS is a cult-like organization that worships the 13 flamechasers and their main doctrine is the implementation of Project: Stigma.

Grey Serpent doesn't seem to be aware that the 'real' Mobius is dead, so he most likely created the organisation to serve her once she appeared and to search for her, latching onto Kevin for the time being.

I knew everything you talked about since I am (self proclaimed) Mobius fan but I still love that information about her is being spread since her story can't be explored until players reach high enough level. I hope this gives most new players a reason to like her (or atleast get interested in her more) besides her appearance and gameplay!

too bad this was deconfirmed already according to the Elysia Pristine stigmata art. the living flame chasers (fu hua, kevin, Su and griseo) are on the B piece crystals while all the deceased have a remnant of themselves on the other two pieces which includes a black and green snake on the T piece.
This is just my own theory, and it may very well have spawned from the desire to see more Mobius Story involvement, but from how intelligent and meticulous Mobius was characterized to be even before her supposed "Death", I find it incredibly unlikely that Sim Mobius could have so thoroughly manipulated the real Mobius. In fact, it was shown and stated that Sim Mobius, at one point, drastically changed in the Elysian Realm and began preying upon Successors, showing her desperation to escape and become "Real". As a writer, if I were to make an educated guess, I'd say not only is the Original Mobius still alive and influencing World Serpent, but she also saw straight through Sim Mobius' plans and left a message confirming her completely unproved "Death" knowing that the latter would choose to believe it. We know that Mobius isn't above putting on an act to get what she wants, such as when she imitates Elysia, so it'd be no trouble at all for her to act somber in one short message to a Simulation who not only thinks the same way did, but ALSO has absolutely no method of verifying the the validity of her Death.
The real Mobius has to be alive somewhere; in her last remembrance vessel it’s mentioned how a “stubbornness” reawakened inside her heart, that she began to worry about something after she gave the recording to Klein, and that she suddenly wasn’t resigned to her fate as Eden. She mentioned herself that she can survive the HotE, and time/aging can’t kill her as she’d just come back younger. So even without entering the pods she can survive till the current era. From a gameplay perspective it makes sense to introduce a playable adult Mobius. We got a second Elysia as a herrscher, then why not Adult Mobius.

Mobius is probably the direct inspiration for otto. Completely devoid of emotion and her only love for knowledge and to experience the power that the Honkai had over the multiverse is what brought about her downfall and she dragged down Mei and the moths with her. Honestly i believe that the 14th and the honkai were the good guys in the previous era cause the moths were hated and despised by most of humanity because of how cruel they were

I have difficulty understanding your accent sometimes not to say your accent is bad but, I'm just the type of person who prefers reading and listening, an audio-visual person if you may.
I don't know how long it would take to make subs for my videos, and since I already struggle with time, I don't think I can do it right away. One thing's bugging me after clearing chapter 2 of ER. We saw in the 5.3 teaser that Mei's gonna face off against Dudu,so...is ER like a side story,or she's gonna leave the Realm to kick Bianka's teeth in and then return or what? Cause i'm sure Mobius won't give up on her exit ticket that easily and HoT being outside the Realm in chapter 27-28 is kinda confusing tbh.

You should never use the TH-cam subtitles since they are not reliable at all. I never said anything like that. Anyhow, let me explain. 1. The cryopods are the devices used by the people of the Previous Era before their world got destroyed by the Honkai to put themselves to sleep in order to wake up in the New Era. 2. Yes, the real Klein is dead. She was killed by Mobius during the attack of the PE Herrscher of Dominance. After her death, Mobius made an ELF based on Klein and gave her the same name. The ELF Klein is the one that we see in the game and she is the caretaker of the Elysian Realm. 3. Regarding Mobius, there is the real Mobius, and the SIM Mobius. Each flamechasers we see in Elysian Realm is a simulation based of the minds of the actual flamechasers from the PE. That is why we have characters that we know that are dead in the ER like Sakura. The real Mobius left a message with Klein for the SIM Mobius. That is why we see 2 Mobiuses. One is the SIM, and the other is a recording of the real Mobius who - is it implied- that killed herself right before the PE survivors were to enter their cryopods and wake up in the New Era.

The Sim can't outfool the original, makes no sense.
The only Sim Data Klein didn't have access too was Mobius'. The Mobius in ER figured that her "old self" was foolish but what if her sim doesn't know about the deep thurth

You should never use the TH-cam subtitles since they are not reliable at all. I never said anything like that. Anyhow, let me explain.
1. The cryopods are the devices used by the people of the Previous Era before their world got destroyed by the Honkai to put themselves to sleep in order to wake up in the New Era.
2. Yes, the real Klein is dead. She was killed by Mobius during the attack of the PE Herrscher of Dominance. After her death, Mobius made an ELF based on Klein and gave her the same name. The ELF Klein is the one that we see in the game and she is the caretaker of the Elysian Realm.
3. Regarding Mobius, there is the real Mobius, and the SIM Mobius. Each flamechasers we see in Elysian Realm is a simulation based of the minds of the actual flamechasers from the PE. That is why we have characters that we know that are dead in the ER like Sakura. The real Mobius left a message with Klein for the SIM Mobius. That is why we see 2 Mobiuses. One is the SIM, and the other is a recording of the real Mobius who - is it implied- that killed herself right before the PE survivors were to enter their cryopods and wake up in the New Era.
real klein is already dead, elf klein is still active and she has been working in elysian realm for 50k years. Man this is why people should have played honkai or else they wouldnt understand shits
But Mobius’ last remembrance vessel hints at her having a change of heart before ☠️, so the real Mobius can very well be alive in current era.
