So how can they just flip a switch and tell us to go back to normal? Well, this is the new norm. Texas is just the first state, and the country is watching closely - however nothing has changed, and you can expect to be forced to wear a mask and social distance for a LONG LONG time to come because nobody is ready to go back to living life. Just thought I’d update you on the whole issue since people keep telling me that Texas opened back up… (They didn’t - I’m here to verify that lol) They allowed us to, but I’ve not found ONE business that has removed mask rules or the social distancing. NOT ONE anywhere in Texas so far. Ironic timing for businesses to IGNORE the government….

No need to be embarrassed...it is what it is and nobody watches your channel for clean carpets. I really do enjoy watching your channel as you keep us nicely entertained. Videos by other people are often mundane, but not you. Thank you for all the content you provide!
So glad our RV came with dirt colored vinyl tiles. Wash and wear with a dog. No way would I be able to keep up with the hair from 2 cats and a dog. The struggle is real.

A three hour movie, would have me sleeping through around a half hour or so of it, unless it really grabs me and has lots of action, thankfully for that awesome Dolby sound to cover up the snoring👍😴 But I would come away from the movie rested and ready to enjoy the rest of my day/evening. I always enjoy a good swap meet, I was thinking about how much of the stuff that you might want to buy, fitting into your motorhome as you were walking around there, I briefly forgot about it having to fit into Tater tot first. It does appear to hold quite a bit for such a little tot👍🙂

Eric, don't lower the bed, raise your floor! Build a box (XTRA STORAGE) the length of the bed and a foot or so deep to use for storage Flip-up lid and to allow you to stand on it so you can easily sit on the bed and get up and not have to JUMP out of bed
I have the same problem with my sheets coming off my bed too. I gave up rasseling with my bedding. So, what I bought is an oversized summer sleeping bag to put over my nicely made bed. It's very nice and cozy. Plus, my bed is always made. Saves on doing laundry too.

You should hang the bed from the ceiling, chains at each corner. Would make it easy to move, and adjust the height, and will also allow you to use all the extra space.

This was a good episode. Yeah the bed looks pretty goofy, I was trying to sit and think of suggestions for you but I guess it seems the best thing to do would be to just lower it like you said. Lot's of work but lot's of fun and a nice film segment right. I was just thinking of that time when you had to keep replacing the breaks I think it was or some parts to do with the rear wheels on your Type C, remember you had to use the warranty like 5 times before finally switching brands hahaha. Good times, rough times but really good times nonetheless!
I can relate to the bed situation Eric. I lived at this science camp I worked at and our beds were like 4 ft off the ground with drawers underneath. They were bunk beds. So I could either climb a ladder and sleep 12 ft off the ground, or I would have to jump onto the lower bed and hit my head on the upper. I didn't like sleeping that high up, and it was a pain in the ass. Maybe you could buy a pre-made day bed that has drawers underneath it? A twin daybed should fit in there and you could store your stuff in the drawers. Some of them even have drawers and shelves at the ends. Then you wouldn't have to build one.
I would love to waste the day at a swap meet with you!! I love days like that! Just walk around "window shopping" enjoing some treats and the sights and they have Disney omg!!! Must have been such a relaxing day! Jealous!
Eric, what about building a step about the height of the stool and 16 inches or so wide, about half the length of the bed. You could hinge a lid for storage. Or just a box that can be removed later if you don't like that. I think upper storage will be harder to build with windows on your 2 free walls. I think you have issues with the slide that needs to be addressed first. HUGS~Donna

You need to check out 1st Monday Trades Day in Canton TX. It happens the weekend prior to the 1st Monday of every Month. It’s the largest flee market in Texas. You need two days to cover it all.

You have a very nice RV. No reason to be embarrassed. Almost always don't have the bedroom walking area shown anyway. It'd be nice if you knew someone that can cut a piece of square rug out and replace it with another the same color. Like what do in apt's and house's. Same idea. A lot of people wish they had a nice RV like you do.
The bed; best part is making it how you like it. Try and test drive, and then adjust. As for the carpet? Egh, dye it black until you get ready to change it. Life is too full of fun to sweat carpet...loved the flea market!!

Adjust the bed to a lower height, make the platform a lid that lifts with assistive struts, or get sliders or those plastic tubs that go under beds. It's no use losing sleep over a thing you're supposed to be resting comfortably on, hehe.
