If you use essential oils and fragrance oils in your candles there are restrictions I think for international? Because it has flash points of combustion and should only be sent ground....not air. Im dealing with this right now but I'm in canada

Those are just ones that have full tracking provided all the way to the door. The simple export rate can still be used with the other countries, but tracking will just stop at the border.

Recently I started making wax melts and I started making 6 small clam shells at a time using 10% fragrance oil, and I thought I did your formula right and my tarts smells amazing but I still had sooo much extra wax left over! i really want to love pirate ship (i only do domestic for now) but truthfully there's ususally virtually no difference in price from usps. was hoping to save more... is there something i'm doing wrong??? glad for those shipping internationally though! so glad you decided to share that info. you're the best!
So just something to clarify about pirate ship: If you are using first class, regular priority or priority flat rate shipping then the prices will be the same as usps. The difference is being able to use priority mail cubic (only pirate ship offers this option) However, this option is not the cheapest for everyone in every situation, but it is available to those where it IS the cheapest option. Pirate ship will determine what will be the cheapest option for you depending on the dimensions and weight of your package and that's why I love it! And and of course finding out about the simple export rate was amazing too! I hope that clarifies it!

Shopify does the currency change for me! I don’t have to do anything (same with Etsy)

This is just a European thing :) as far as I know it is not required in the US

Hey so when using the simple export rate, am I still dropping off my order at USPS? I see the tracking starts with “AHOY”

i really want to love pirate ship (i only do domestic for now) but truthfully there's ususally virtually no difference in price from usps. was hoping to save more... is there something i'm doing wrong??? glad for those shipping internationally though! so glad you decided to share that info. you're the best!
So just something to clarify about pirate ship:
If you are using first class, regular priority or priority flat rate shipping then the prices will be the same as usps.
The difference is being able to use priority mail cubic (only pirate ship offers this option) However, this option is not the cheapest for everyone in every situation, but it is available to those where it IS the cheapest option. Pirate ship will determine what will be the cheapest option for you depending on the dimensions and weight of your package and that's why I love it! And and of course finding out about the simple export rate was amazing too!

I guess maybe depending on where you are or are shipping to it isn't too much difference sometimes. I do use the cubic rate but was unsure if I was doing something that was causing me to miss out on the super savings!! Thanks again! 💕😊
