Just built this, a couple notes to save anyone some confusion. At 2:22 Step 7: “F” is now labeled “H”. At 2:44 Step 8: “G” is now labeled “F” At 3:50 Step 11: "N" is not in your parts kit, it's in the bag with the cat toy on a stick along with a couple other labeled plastic pieces. Holy crap this thing is tall! You'll need a step stool to finish it. They should probably start making the base wider to account for the height! Definitely use the wall safety strap.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the confusion caused by the labeling changes. We’ve recently updated both the instruction manual and the video to better align with the current parts and assembly process. The new video is available and follows the updated instructions to make assembly smoother. Link to updated assembly video: th-cam.com/video/-xoLGSpJW3o/w-d-xo.htmlsi=cfaGCEZBAPQDrYNF We appreciate your thoughts on the height and stability, and we recommend using the wall safety strap for added security. Thank you again for sharing your experience with us!
@@TR7Ramen Hi there, Thank you for reaching out with your concern. We are here to help! The toy consists of two main components. To assist you, please refer to Step 11 at 3:49 in the assembly video. You'll see a clear demonstration of how to attach the base. To connect the toy, simply align the pieces, push down, and then twist to snap and secure them together. This process is quite similar to how a child safety lock functions, ensuring a secure and safe fit. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please contact us at customerservice@catrygroup.com. Warm regards, Catry 💜
