I ordered mine from the Walmart app.
(The fact that ut was more than half off shoulda made me think twice..but, broke chick problems coupled with "2 cats who are about to move" whoas got to me.)
It didn't come with ANY of the hardware (no screws, bolts, double-sided dowel screws (ive heard many names), not even an Allen wrench. Just the tower itself and the instructions. A week later, they send the hardware.
They weren't separated by type. Just put into a FedEx sack and shipped.
Yet, and still! They didn't send all the pieces.
The package came a day early..you think that'd be good news. NOPE! 2 weeks later, and I still cannot build the complete tower.
I moved my cats in 2 days ago. They're in need of a high point and do nit have one.
Now; my once loving, responsive, aware, and attentive service animals does nothing but overgrown, drink water, and sleep under the dinningroom table at the furthest most chair. His "sister" can't even get a response when she grooms him.
All because of 6 missing pieces.
Yes, i went to Walmart , home depot, and what serve as an Ace in this town (I'm legally blind and have seizures. So, I can't go anywhere else..small town). They don't have that item.
I emailed the seller about the fact thT I'm still missing pieces and haven't even recieved the automated message confirming they've recieved my email
I love my cats to put them at risk! Please address or send me new parts to complete the assembly.
So mine only came with 8 of the *R screws and in this video you used more than 8
Inhave been assembling this cat tree for four hours! The worst part is the top 3 poles have no rivets to screw in the poles and too shallow! I have tried all 3 and it’s the same. Defective!! After all this time and yes, as others have said,m in the comments, the assembly instructions are too small and you need a magnifying glass to read them. So basically I spent over $100 and several hours and my cats still cannot use it! The three holes for the last top three poles are not deep enough nor are there threads to screw them in . So wobbly no cat would be able to sit in those pads and I don’t want the screws poking them the the cover on the pads.

This doesn’t really look like it would work for larger cats: the base looks really small and the dimensions for the accessories don’t look like they would work well for a cat over 8lbs. My cat wouldn’t even be able to comfortably walk or lay on this product, and if he were to jump on it, the base isn’t large enough to prevent it from wobbling. The only way I could see this working for him is to take out the hides (the bottom one looks okay, but the top one is clearly too small), remove the hammocks, and remove the perches at the top
I would say this is the standard cat tree size - maybe even best for kittens, not one for larger cats!

These instructions suck major . Nothing labeled just gotta use all brain on this one.. where does the first cat condo stick too? I have no hole in the carpet? And then my cats will be get stuck by screws?
