Just bought one of these new a few weeks ago and it’s my favorite watch! I wear it daily, more than my speedmaster and other more expensive watches. It wears like a 41. I have 6 and 3/4” wrist and it looks sporty, but very normal.
@@kingadjust5422 I think they make up for that with the quality of the watch itself. Anyway, they have their own advanced in-house movement used in this design now. Even if it does add quite a significant premium to the price.
@@DavidDatura yeah the bezel action, clasp, bracelet, the finishing, and surprisingly solid diver extention and Oris finishes the movement nicely too 😎👍
Why doesn't ETA renew their patents? Did the Swiss government force them to expire as part of an anti-trust case I'm not familiar with? Just wondering considering all of Sellita's movements are ETA imitations.
I have no respect for Oris; Tim's a gentleman, and a cool guy, but Oris is nothing but a hype job, for hipsters though, instead of the usual not very knowledgeable watch purchasers. WatchBox would be better off selling reputable preowned sub homages than Oris watches. There's more value and honesty in a Steinhart Ocean One than in the entire Oris catalogue.
I'm interested in hearing more about why you think that about Oris. They seem to be held in very high regard. Steinhart definitely is lesser on the totem pole than Oris in quality.

Another winner from Oris! A great brand, one of my favorites, quite affordable too and they’re an independent! Like Rolex and AP.
but doesn't the selitta movement make it overpriced or no? 😎👍

This is a really beautiful watch and the price is very affordable.
Could be a more affordable alternative to the new yachtmaster
Hammal Amiri I was about to say...
Yep. This watch SCREAMS yacht master
It’s a yacht master with extra 200m of diving
@@yoavzruya it's also 200 times the price for no reason also you don't need 200m extra water resistance to go into the water
Love the new look on this watch 😍
I noticed, the main actor in the Netflix series "Japan Sinks 2020" wears the grey version of this watch.
Benfica like the ⚽ team? Hala Madrid 🤍🏆⚪👑😎👍
Oh this one is on sale in the Netherlands for €under 1300, I don't know if I'm going to do this 😜
How much was the msrp of this watch when it came out in 2019. Im looking on Amazon Apr 2021 and it is everything but affordable ($2000)
I think it went up. When I was looking at this in 2015, it cost about $1200 or so. Now it is $2000 MSRP.
Makes one wonder why most Rolex still dont have glidelock
Oris has amazing bracelets
Does this have lume?
Yes
Very nice watch
Looks nice!
Who else is buying this watch?
Looks mint

These movements are so old, you cannot renew them. With time all patents naturally expire.
For the new target audience?
Has reddit called it a yacht master homage yet
Oris
🆒🆒🆒
the guy is even too lazy to just put on the watch in a normal way

Ginault is where its at
shut up you fucking tool

Honesty in a Steinhart ocean one, don't make me laugh, it's a rolex rip off
Oris is a great brand for the value. Some of the models like Aquis, 65, and Propilot are some of the best deals you can get under 2000 USD
