Halo is the only reason I play Xbox every few months, Also Sony has Bloodborne which not only has amazing gameplay as well as a killer sound track. I love halo, like a lot, and I prefer the PS4 based off of the interface, smooth less buggy online experience, and I like more destiny content first. (That last part really doesn't matter though)

my father in 2012 got an xbox 360 and halo 4. i played it a lot but because i was new to pretty much any form of competitive or even a difficult game i mostly played off of the multiplayer pvp. the next year i got reach and by then i was better then pvp and played the hell out of btb and i loved the campaign. then the xbox one came out and a half a year after the release of mcc i got both of those and played a ton out of campaign while trying to find all the skulls and dolls. once halo 5 came out i was so exited and pre ordered it. i was disappointed at launch but after forge came out the game was then wrth its price because i play daily of forge and customs making great maps and finding new and interesting games. so i jumped feet first right into halo without much thought and not im largely into fps games.
Well aside from the useless banter the chat is. I'm gonna answer the question with a biased view. I'm a PC player who played the first 2 Halo games on it but wasn't introduced via PC Halo. I was introduced to the game when I played local multiplayer with my dad at the age of 5. I was pretty good especially since it was my first time playing a console game. Shooting randomly and not knowing what the fuck buttons do most of the time. From then on I've played handheld and console games. First handheld, Original GB Color, then a PSP, then a GB Sp. years later, I get my first console from my uncle, his Xbox in which he promised to me. With it, the halo game I played with my dad before he was sent to Iraq for 9 months. Another year later, dead Xbox, got a GameCube. Broke that for being stupid, putting ice cream behind it then leaving for 30 minutes. Few years later, 360 and played Halo 2 and 3. Sadly not with my dad but my sister. Bonded really well and eventually got equal in experience where we'd trade wins. Halo is the game I'd ever play on the Xbox. (Unless it's another title I thoroughly enjoy like Dark Souls.) Now I'm a PS4 user and still a pic gamer with the First halo and 2nd Halo installed on there. Haven't bothered with the stupid prices business like Microsoft and company have placed on their games and consoles. But if given the chance, I'd happily play the original halo that I grew up playing with my dad again. He's currently paralyzed in the left leg and medically retired. Halo: CE (pc) was one of the first games that really got me hooked on gaming. I played gamecube and wii games before it, but Halo was the one I remember the most clearly, and it was the one that got me more into games like fps'.
Even though I don't play much halo anymore, it still stands strong as my favorite video game. I have had so many memories from Xbox original, Xbox 360, and the Xbox one. Halo reach and halo 3 are my favorites.

As much as I love Halo with all my soul... I can't really side with you here. Crash N*Sane Trilogy is not a reskin at all. The game was remade from the ground up becasue the original code for the game was lost to the annals of time, that's why people today are having trouble with it. Things like Crash's jump speed are faster and the hitboxes are way more precise than in the originals. Back then you could have Crash just standing off an edge with half his foot on the the platform and not fall, can't do that now. Also the new animations to his victory dance and idle animations are all redone almost completely. Halo literally is the only reason I'm bothering to get an Xbox One. Key Word being "bothering", and Halo 5 isn't even good, it's the weakest game in the series, but I'm a dumb fan boy. I was looking more forward to Scalebound then I was for Halo 5 and they canned that game. I'd get H5 were it on the PC but MS keeps trying to push the Xbox with weak games. 343i has potential, i know they do, MS just needs to back of and stop shoving their dicks where they don't belong. No one cares about Forza a week after it's released, and Gears of War basically relaunched it's story with new enemies, it did great and i'm happy it did but I'm a little afraid it's just gonna repeat itself soon. First YT in years. I'm ashamed this broke me.
I respectfully disagree with your opinions on the games listed, but I understand where you're coming from. There's no way every game on a platform will appeal to everyone. That being said, I've played a decent amount of different games (genre wise) and have found that not all of them appeal to me. Everyone is individually different and has differentiating opinions, so it's no surprise that you don't particularly care for certain games. This is why I care more about the friends and individuals that I can play with when deciding on a platform. Now, I'm not going to say that all of those people who switched to a PS4 made a poor decision because they wanted to play those particular games. That's not really my place to decide, however, I find it highly troubling that people seem to be caring a lot more about the games available on a platform than the people and friends they have. It's almost as if they take these things for granted... I, myself, choose not to...

i origonally just got given an xbox with ssx 3, mid town madness 3, and halo 2 at first i didnt even like halo but when i came back to it after a few months i quickly loved it and have done ever since
The first halo I was introduced was halo 3 I love that game I can't wait for it to be backward compatible on the Xbox one. I remember the first time I played it I was hanging out with my older cousin and his friends an one of them brought his Xbox 360 so we played a lot of games on it but the one game I loved the most was Halo 3 and we played infection on it. I loved it because it was a unique game something from previous games I played and it got me hooked not just for getting an Xbox but got me to play Halo CE, Halo 2, Halo Wars, Halo 3 ODST, Halo Reach, and Halo Wars 2 but for Halo 4 and 5 those two games are terrible but I started still love and hoping that Halo 6 will be better and be halo again.

Did you not see all those people in Crash costumes when ps1 and ps2 came out? And by the way, crash is known by more people because more people can play the game and not just adults. The only reason halo sold more is because it has the best halo game halo 5 XD that people had hope for after halo 4, the halo 1 remastered, spartan strike and assault, master chief collection and just had more games in the saga. The ratio is much larger for the crash series.

Most of the common dislikers of 343i are the "oldheads" if thats what they expect to be called who talk about "clambering is garbage, sprinting sucks." How about don't buy the games anymore? Or maybe I don't know just don't look at the trailers and games 343 makes, But oh that's right, everyone always has to complain when theirs a change to something, something that they didn't even help develop and make into a game. Let me break it down like this. We are Spartans. Genetically advanced super soldiers capable of basically completing any task at lightning speed. in HALO 4 AND 5, we are the spartan 4's which are literally stated to be the smaller sets and genetically modified Spartans to be faster and more agile then their predecessors. How stupid would it be if we were supposed to be the more "agile" spartans and we couldn't clamber? Or we couldn't sprint, or hell even use thrusters? The Halo community by far is the most switch lane community out of any game besides COD. You have the die hard fans who if it's not an exact copy and paste of previous halo games made by Bungie before it it's trash. You have the people who are always stuck on the art style. Like can you for once just shut the hell up and not play the game if your really that butthurt over a change to mechanics or art style? I honestly can't even begin to think how annoyed the developers at 343i feel trying to at least give you guys a game that's somewhat different just to change the scene a little. Now yes, I understand that the Halo 5 campaign wasn't that great because it broke a lot of lore from the books to the game, but those of you who say the multiplayer sucks and the ads is garbage, That's your opinion I guess, but why do you have to continually persist on making it so that everyone who enjoys the 343i games has to know how much you dislike the games or how much Halo has "fallen". I had an Xbox when I was a kid (rip Zapper) but I was more of a PC gamer... if you could call me that with my dank Putt Putt saves the zoo (rip Putt Putt). I first played Halo at a Christmas Party a few years after it came out and I've been an Xbox fan ever since... Literally though when Halo 3 came out that was when I got a 360 same with Xbox One. I play other games on Xbox, but I don't bother with it until Halo can be in my library.
I bought xbox for Halo and Halo 2, Playstation for Tekken 3, PS2 for Tekken Tag Tournament and Gran turismo 3, X360 for Halo 3 and Gears of War PS3 for Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and Uncharted Currently I'm playing on PC and at this moment I don't see a reason to buy XOne or PS4

Halo is the only reason I play Xbox every few months, Also Sony has Bloodborne which not only has amazing gameplay as well as a killer sound track. I love halo, like a lot, and I prefer the PS4 based off of the interface, smooth less buggy online experience, and I like more destiny content first. (That last part really doesn't matter though)

my father in 2012 got an xbox 360 and halo 4. i played it a lot but because i was new to pretty much any form of competitive or even a difficult game i mostly played off of the multiplayer pvp. the next year i got reach and by then i was better then pvp and played the hell out of btb and i loved the campaign. then the xbox one came out and a half a year after the release of mcc i got both of those and played a ton out of campaign while trying to find all the skulls and dolls. once halo 5 came out i was so exited and pre ordered it. i was disappointed at launch but after forge came out the game was then wrth its price because i play daily of forge and customs making great maps and finding new and interesting games. so i jumped feet first right into halo without much thought and not im largely into fps games.

Well aside from the useless banter the chat is. I'm gonna answer the question with a biased view. I'm a PC player who played the first 2 Halo games on it but wasn't introduced via PC Halo. I was introduced to the game when I played local multiplayer with my dad at the age of 5. I was pretty good especially since it was my first time playing a console game. Shooting randomly and not knowing what the fuck buttons do most of the time. From then on I've played handheld and console games. First handheld, Original GB Color, then a PSP, then a GB Sp. years later, I get my first console from my uncle, his Xbox in which he promised to me. With it, the halo game I played with my dad before he was sent to Iraq for 9 months. Another year later, dead Xbox, got a GameCube. Broke that for being stupid, putting ice cream behind it then leaving for 30 minutes. Few years later, 360 and played Halo 2 and 3. Sadly not with my dad but my sister. Bonded really well and eventually got equal in experience where we'd trade wins. Halo is the game I'd ever play on the Xbox. (Unless it's another title I thoroughly enjoy like Dark Souls.) Now I'm a PS4 user and still a pic gamer with the First halo and 2nd Halo installed on there. Haven't bothered with the stupid prices business like Microsoft and company have placed on their games and consoles. But if given the chance, I'd happily play the original halo that I grew up playing with my dad again. He's currently paralyzed in the left leg and medically retired. (Obvious) now there are some of you who are gonna be all triggered and judgmental. Want to know what I say? I say fuck you. I've had some good times with Halo and that's all there is. I'm biased as I will play both consoles and Pc. Hell I still have my original Wii. Still works and my PS3. So yeah, there my biased answer. Explained my fun times and problems of it. Halo: CE (pc) was one of the first games that really got me hooked on gaming. I played gamecube and wii games before it, but Halo was the one I remember the most clearly, and it was the one that got me more into games like fps'.
Even though I don't play much halo anymore, it still stands strong as my favorite video game. I have had so many memories from Xbox original, Xbox 360, and the Xbox one. Halo reach and halo 3 are my favorites.

As much as I love Halo with all my soul... I can't really side with you here. Crash N*Sane Trilogy is not a reskin at all. The game was remade from the ground up becasue the original code for the game was lost to the annals of time, that's why people today are having trouble with it. Things like Crash's jump speed are faster and the hitboxes are way more precise than in the originals. Back then you could have Crash just standing off an edge with half his foot on the the platform and not fall, can't do that now. Also the new animations to his victory dance and idle animations are all redone almost completely.
Halo literally is the only reason I'm bothering to get an Xbox One. Key Word being "bothering", and Halo 5 isn't even good, it's the weakest game in the series, but I'm a dumb fan boy. I was looking more forward to Scalebound then I was for Halo 5 and they canned that game. I'd get H5 were it on the PC but MS keeps trying to push the Xbox with weak games. 343i has potential, i know they do, MS just needs to back of and stop shoving their dicks where they don't belong. No one cares about Forza a week after it's released, and Gears of War basically relaunched it's story with new enemies, it did great and i'm happy it did but I'm a little afraid it's just gonna repeat itself soon.

I respectfully disagree with your opinions on the games listed, but I understand where you're coming from. There's no way every game on a platform will appeal to everyone. That being said, I've played a decent amount of different games (genre wise) and have found that not all of them appeal to me. Everyone is individually different and has differentiating opinions, so it's no surprise that you don't particularly care for certain games. This is why I care more about the friends and individuals that I can play with when deciding on a platform. Now, I'm not going to say that all of those people who switched to a PS4 made a poor decision because they wanted to play those particular games. That's not really my place to decide, however, I find it highly troubling that people seem to be caring a lot more about the games available on a platform than the people and friends they have. It's almost as if they take these things for granted... I, myself, choose not to...

The first halo I was introduced was halo 3 I love that game I can't wait for it to be backward compatible on the Xbox one. I remember the first time I played it I was hanging out with my older cousin and his friends an one of them brought his Xbox 360 so we played a lot of games on it but the one game I loved the most was Halo 3 and we played infection on it. I loved it because it was a unique game something from previous games I played and it got me hooked not just for getting an Xbox but got me to play Halo CE, Halo 2, Halo Wars, Halo 3 ODST, Halo Reach, and Halo Wars 2 but for Halo 4 and 5 those two games are terrible but I started still love and hoping that Halo 6 will be better and be halo again.

The only reason halo sold more is because it has the best halo game halo 5 XD that people had hope for after halo 4, the halo 1 remastered, spartan strike and assault, master chief collection and just had more games in the saga. The ratio is much larger for the crash series.

I played halo reach at my freinds house(was one of the first video games i ever played) and a few years later i got a 360 and got halo 4 (it is tied with reach for my favorite) and that is why i am a Xbox player and gamer in general.

It's true I got a 360 and an Xbox one because of Halo but my fist Xbox, the original, I got because it was cheaper than the PS2 at the time and thats where I found Halo 2 which is my personal favourite. Halo is just awesome.

"343 is this, 343 is that." So many tip riders on 343i It's honestly hilarious nowadays. Most of the common dislikers of 343i are the "oldheads" if thats what they expect to be called who talk about "clambering is garbage, sprinting sucks." How about don't buy the games anymore? Or maybe I don't know just don't look at the trailers and games 343 makes, But oh that's right, everyone always has to complain when theirs a change to something, something that they didn't even help develop and make into a game.
Let me break it down like this. We are Spartans. Genetically advanced super soldiers capable of basically completing any task at lightning speed. in HALO 4 AND 5, we are the spartan 4's which are literally stated to be the smaller sets and genetically modified Spartans to be faster and more agile then their predecessors. How stupid would it be if we were supposed to be the more "agile" spartans and we couldn't clamber? Or we couldn't sprint, or hell even use thrusters? The Halo community by far is the most switch lane community out of any game besides COD. You have the die hard fans who if it's not an exact copy and paste of previous halo games made by Bungie before it it's trash. You have the people who are always stuck on the art style. Like can you for once just shut the hell up and not play the game if your really that butthurt over a change to mechanics or art style? I honestly can't even begin to think how annoyed the developers at 343i feel trying to at least give you guys a game that's somewhat different just to change the scene a little. Now yes, I understand that the Halo 5 campaign wasn't that great because it broke a lot of lore from the books to the game, but those of you who say the multiplayer sucks and the ads is garbage, That's your opinion I guess, but why do you have to continually persist on making it so that everyone who enjoys the 343i games has to know how much you dislike the games or how much Halo has "fallen". Quite frankly in my opinion 343i is going in the right direction, in multiplayer mechanics. All we need are elites, and hell that would be a fun game. Maybe I'm just to open minded on topics like Halo, but Halo is an amazing game and always has been to me even when run by 343i and if people think the games are so garbage and trash, Just stop playing it, and even if you didn't play it just stop talking about it.

I had an Xbox when I was a kid (rip Zapper) but I was more of a PC gamer... if you could call me that with my dank Putt Putt saves the zoo (rip Putt Putt). I first played Halo at a Christmas Party a few years after it came out and I've been an Xbox fan ever since... Literally though when Halo 3 came out that was when I got a 360 same with Xbox One. I play other games on Xbox, but I don't bother with it until Halo can be in my library.
