- In this video I go over how much it cost me to relocate here to Australia. I go into detail on how much I needed until I landed my first job here and discuss some unexpected costs that came up along the way.

Great information! It’s amazing how quickly money runs out if you don’t plan right, and I would think running out in a foreign country would be scary, possibly dangerous and definitely difficult and disappointing!
Greg, hope you're planning on staying in Australia. Don't forget to check out other parts of the country.
Very interesting and informative 👏🏻
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Keep up the great work

Well explained Greg, it's more expensive here than most people realize. You are wise and will manage well in Oz. 👍 nsw

Hey Greg! Recently stumbled upon on this channel after thinking about going to Australia myself as a US citizen. I greatly appreciate the videos you are making!
Also, is there any way we may reach out to you directly?
Thanks! That’s really what I made this video for. ATM I haven’t set anything up outside of TH-cam comments. You could DM me on Instagram but I don’t keep the app on my phone so it might take a while to hear back
It might be of interest to know that a Parental Contributory Visa for permanent residency for a couple is about $AUD 100,000 plus you need to lodge a 10year Bond for $AUD 14,000 AND waiting list is about 5 years!
Something to think about if I could ever convince my parents to move haha
Are you saying you pay taxes still to America even though you are paying taxes elsewhere .
Taxes from the job I worked previously in the US. Usually a company will automatically deduct taxes you owe as a W2 employee. Mine did not for some reason so I ended up having to pay on my tax return this year.
