  • Focaccia bread can be topped with anything- Rosemary, onions, cherry tomatoes, garlic, etc... Today I am sharing a simple focaccia bread with spring onion.
    Dough.
    Overnight dough: Proofing the dough for 10 -16 hours overnight in the fridge. Slow Fermentation always get good texture and taste.
    Recipe:
    Strong wheat flour- 1 kg
    salt-25 gm
    sourdough starter-200gm
    dry yeast-1 gm
    olive oil -100gm
    water-850gm
    Methods
    1* Whisk together the flour, salt, and yeast first .
    2* Add water and olive oil.
    3* Mix with Mixer slow speed 8 minutes and fast speed 18 minutes.

      Yes really need focaccia and pizza More hydration . Hydration give more soft and good texture inside and outside.
