I actually liked the light bar on the Dual Shock 4. I never had any issues with it glaring at the tv. I also liked how it interacted with some games, like in GTA V.

@@Godzillatronus2021 It's personal preference. I'm guessing sony saw that more people don't like it compared to those that do. I've never had a problem with it, so I also kinda consider it a downgrade, but the world doesn't revolve around me. To many this is an upgrade.

3) previous colouring on face buttons are missing, perhaps an inspiration from ps vita
4) haptic feature on dual sense controller to improve players' sensation to immerse more in games
5) instant sharing through pressing "create" button, whether it is photos or videos
6) can say "save my game" to ps as it supports voice recognition
7) light bar on dual sense controller seems to be missing; from the patent point of view, the lights are crucial to be detected by camera especially in VR
8) headset is used to improve gaming experience.

Using Color is good though because of the specific color associated with each button you you knew what button to press by processing the color and not necessarily paying attention to the shape found it helpful in a lot of games made for fast reaction time

The Trigger resistance can also be looked at to expand the user to potentially customize their resistance like some 3rd party controllers giving it that "hair pin" like replication. (the amount of depression on the button for it to register to minimize, and how much resistance) This is likely because the ability for the trigger to be measured in both resistance and depress levels "when shooting a bow" can customized as well.

I use the built in mic and speaker for warzone and it works awesome! No headset, wires, nothing. When I play I can just talk and listen and still use my 7.1 surround without earpieces distorting it. It's almost like my party members are right in the room too.
That white and pink controller does look amazing

@@delanescott7872 I've owen a PS my whole life, from PS1 to PS4 an have never owned an XB, however, I would often go over to my cousins house and play his XB and while i strongly disliked the UI, the controllers felter higher end on the quality, the triggers were more responsive, and the analogs were concaved rather than convexed like on the PS's. That's a minute preference I skip over though as Kontrol Freeks will always be King over literally any other analog implicated

I don't really know about removing the colors on the buttons. I usually associate the color shown on-screen with the tutorial with the color on the button, and that's what I use for identifying which button is which.

the feeling of pushing a gun triger even tho you are pushing the controller trigger
this could mean that game devs could add different trigger options in games that has weapons
example:when normal trigger is equipped in game the trigger will take a bit more effort to press rather than when hair trigger is equipped in game it takes very little effort to push the trigger
sorry if i misunderstood something on the video about triggers or about how physics work
anyway it puts more customizeable choises for games
I'm pretty sure you might be able to do that on ps4 controller the haptic feedback means you feel more pressure when you say pull back a bow string I believe

I feel like them changing the colors for the buttons on the right was a bad idea. If you play a game that has QTE’s you might not be able to react fast enough because all the colors are now the same.

it will definetely be different but if they make it so the shape is more visible and blacker it might work

@@MrSquilliam It will make it harder to differentiate what button is on screen. It may not seem like much, but it can make a split second difference. Atleast for me, color is easier to discern faster than shape (and I'm willing to bet there's a reason for that)
@@tdoubledub1 The games themselves don't necessarily have to remove the color schemes for face buttons prompts, If anything it's up to game devs if they'd want to do that.
Otherwise, I don't think the controller itself will be much different even with colored buttons. Afterall, *it's just buttons.*
