I literally watch this show every fall.. and i will never stop.. Gilmore Girls is like that warm feeling you get when you snuggle on the couch with a blanket and a coco with a window cracked and the leaves falling.
What is it about the Fall? That's when me and my daughter watch it too. And yes, the ambiance - a cozy blanket, a hot cup of tea, sitting on the couch with a cat in my lap. 😺🍁🍂
We need a final closure to Gilmore Girls. A full circle ending, which they always mention. I’ll never forget when Lorelei and Luke ran into each other after she married Chris. It was outside the store and Luke was pushing his new baby niece. Lorelei is holding her, Luke is looking lovingly at Lorelei and Chris walks out. Luke and Lorelei need to complete their journey for a child, and Rory needs to come full circle doing sold out book signings for her book and having her Luke in her life which is Jess, helping her raise her baby. I picture all of them meeting several times a year with Emily in Cape cod was it? I love Gilmore Girls!
I need a new revival, but I consider Rory's love whether it's Logan, or being alone, Jess was very important, but their time is over But I need to see her find herself professionally

I started watching Gilmore Girls with a roommate back in 2004 or 2004? Loved it so much. We couldn’t wait for the next episode from week to week. We both moved before season 7, but we still kept in touch about it by phone. I still watch now 💕
Lauren is looking much better recently. Idk if she's had work done, but she's looking like her old self again. As for GG, I'm obsessed, I literally watch it on repeat all the time.
I 100% understand what Lauren is saying. A Year in the Life was disliked by most hardcore Gilmore Girls fans because the characters and storyline development showed a decline for Rory, Lane and Lorelai. I think the actors were also disappointed in how Rory's character had fallen so much and how bittersweet the ending was - we have so many questions about what Rory's future will hold. I think Lauren doesn't want to disappoint fans with a potentially worse ending because they show is beloved by so many. In my perfect world, Rory would get a better ending and she would find herself (at least to some degree) in her career and personal life. In the revival she was all over the place and her actions made her extremely unlikable. I mean - what happened to the Rory we met in seasons 1 and 2 of Gilmore Girls? I think the revival had it's strengths with Emily becoming more down to earth and the way they handled Edward Hermanns death. I just hope there is some redemption for Rory! Rory's good qualities need to come centre stage in a new revival.
Agreed! And Luke and Lorelei seem disconnected. I want them like they were . And I would love for them to have a baby through Paris program. Rory needs to publish her book, get it together and Jess needs a bigger role. He has matured so much and he is Rory’s Luke. I’d like a scene like in original Gilmore girls where they are standing at the window in the hospital looking at the babies saying she’s perfect. She! But Rory is standing with Jess even though he isn’t the father.I want to see the full out town square wedding too with everyone.
@@jamiebenzin7013 Yes! We had more questions than answers from the reboot. They should have made more episodes because it seemed rushed and the writing was undeveloped. However, I do think that this was the intention - to have Rory repeat Lorelai's life and mistakes. I didn't like the trope of Rory writing the "Gilmore Girls" book because it's such a cliche, and Lorelai wanted nothing to do with which is completely fair. Perhaps that was the writers way to telling us that the whole series were pages in the book... Kind of an odd way to see the show
Totally agree. I sometimes wish someone had filmed an alternative to Luke and Lorelai where we got to see them young and in love after Rory goes off to be a young adult. By the time we got to see then in the revival...hmmm...ah well. Also Lane and Rory deserved more to their characters in the end, they were such intelligent and layered characters....but I felt disappointed in the revival. I still love the original series, I'm rewatching it for the millionth time and probably will continue to do so.

But, it was Amy and Dan that wrote the revival, but the characters were so different and I don’t understand why. It didn’t seem that she was gonna settle down, rather let both guys help her. Personally I think she should have sex with Jess because they had a unique history, but it’s not about settling down right away.

Gilmore girls is my top 5 shows. I see it so much that i don't even have to look at my screen anymore. Especially when I'm at work. Like if i don't want to listen to music, or an audiobook or a podcast, i just put in the show as like background noise. I know the episodes so much that I remember my favorite jokes or quotes. Like I was just watching the Deer hunter episode when Lorelei meets Max (Rory's teacher) and how great of a first meet it is. So yeah... I'm also excited about the possible chance they might bring more episodes. Like the audience is still there.
I was disappointed in A Year in the Life but I love Gilmore Girls and we need to know who is the father of Rory's baby!! I'm hoping that we get more Gilmore Girls
The ending would have been great if the last four words were in the original series when Rory was 15-21 in high school or college, before getting more education or a job, knowing she's in the same situation as her mom, her entire life changing.

Uma menina que foi editora no jornal de Yale, enfim... Depois em momento ela encontrou o Logan? Deu a entender que ele já tinha a Odete , e ela aceitou manter um caso mesmo assim, foi mútuo a relação, o que falo deles é que eu acredito que tenha amor na relação dos dois, e ela quando caiu a FICHA que tecnicamente iria virar amante dele, caiu fora, PERFEITO! E seguiu adiante... O que eu acho lindo na relação dos dois é que ele instigou a ela de ver a vida em outro prisma e o envolvimento dos dois foi muito intenso, veja que os amigos dele são amigos dela também! Sonho com um novo REVIVAL, mas vejo cada vez mais distante disto acontecer, então , na minha estória fica como ela tendo sucesso no livro e depois de muitos entraves ficar com o Logan, ou sozinha, porque ela é muito complexa, se basta sozinha !
I will always want her with Logan. Maybe it can change and show that yes, Lorelai ended up with Luke and it would make sense to put her with Jess, but I want the other ending. Finding love with Logan because he was so good to her and for her. Just love them.

I just watched & finished the original show and the revival(2016) series, let me say bring it all back it's been 6 years since the reunion/revival, I mean rorys pregnant we can't leave it there! Also I think Sookie was deff missing from the 4 episodes, I think some character stories could have been seen more and then ended leaving mainly the main characters for further stories maybe, but the OG show was fantastic, didn't watch when I was younger but it was great at age 29 the show aged well in my opinion and I'll prob give it a rewatch at some point in time... great characters, great comedy, chemistry the love etc all good. They don't make shows like this anymore, here's to hoping for more gilmore girls SOON! ❤️
Love the show I wish their were more seasons. My 17 yr old with nonverbal autism is obsessed it has to be on the tv 24/7 literally no lie or exaggerating. I hope they never take it off Netflix my kid wont understand that. But it's fun to watch him laugh at the comedy. Plus I wanna see if rorey ends up with Jesse or Logan . And it's got the humor of my household

Lol that's how I see it. And he doesn't shove it in her face and if Logan can cheat on his fiance he isn't much different than his dad. Just saying I'm a Jess fan.
Really would love another season of the reboot. Want to see what happens with Rory if Logan is the dad if they have a future. Lorelei future all of them
If they do more and please do more and soon its been 6 years already since the revival! Just go straight from how it ended, finding out rorys pregnant , do the wedding in the square just pick up where it left off!
Amy SP went a little further than I would have liked in writing Rory as a conflicted young woman making many bad choices. The ending would have been great if the last four words were in the original series when Rory was 15-21 in high school or college, before getting more education or a job, knowing she's in the same situation as her mom, her entire life changing.

@@dorisdutra1 Com certeza, a distância entre o GG original e o Revival, trouxe muitas interrogações , em 9, 10 anos ela não fez nada na vida profissional ? Uma menina que foi editora no jornal de Yale, enfim... Depois em momento ela encontrou o Logan? Deu a entender que ele já tinha a Odete , e ela aceitou manter um caso mesmo assim, foi mútuo a relação, o que falo deles é que eu acredito que tenha amor na relação dos dois, e ela quando caiu a FICHA que tecnicamente iria virar amante dele, caiu fora, PERFEITO! E seguiu adiante...
O que eu acho lindo na relação dos dois é que ele instigou a ela de ver a vida em outro prisma e o envolvimento dos dois foi muito intenso, veja que os amigos dele são amigos dela também!
Sonho com um novo REVIVAL, mas vejo cada vez mais distante disto acontecer, então , na minha estória fica como ela tendo sucesso no livro e depois de muitos entraves ficar com o Logan, ou sozinha, porque ela é muito complexa, se basta sozinha !

I will always want her with Logan. Maybe it can change and show that yes, Lorelai ended up with Luke and it would make sense to put her with Jess, but I want the other ending. Finding love with Logan because he was so good to her and for her. Just love them.

I just watched & finished the original show and the revival(2016) series, let me say bring it all back it's been 6 years since the reunion/revival, I mean rorys pregnant we can't leave it there! Also I think Sookie was deff missing from the 4 episodes, I think some character stories could have been seen more and then ended leaving mainly the main characters for further stories maybe, but the OG show was fantastic, didn't watch when I was younger but it was great at age 29 the show aged well in my opinion and I'll prob give it a rewatch at some point in time... great characters, great comedy, chemistry the love etc all good. They don't make shows like this anymore, here's to hoping for more gilmore girls SOON! ❤️

Love the show I wish their were more seasons. My 17 yr old with nonverbal autism is obsessed it has to be on the tv 24/7 literally no lie or exaggerating. I hope they never take it off Netflix my kid wont understand that. But it's fun to watch him laugh at the comedy. Plus I wanna see if rorey ends up with Jesse or Logan . And it's got the humor of my household

@@jazzy0706 Rory and Jess sorry I can't help it. Logans "got the money" but Jess had the hard work to fix the damage done to him but always comes back because he truely loves her. Lol that's how I see it. And he doesn't shove it in her face and if Logan can cheat on his fiance he isn't much different than his dad. Just saying I'm a Jess fan.
Really would love another season of the reboot. Want to see what happens with Rory if Logan is the dad if they have a future. Lorelei future all of them
If they do more and please do more and soon its been 6 years already since the revival! Just go straight from how it ended, finding out rorys pregnant , do the wedding in the square just pick up where it left off!

Amy SP went a little further than I would have liked in writing Rory as a conflicted young woman making many bad choices. I would like at least one season in which Rory has a chance to redeem herself! Love the Gilmore Girls, have watched them all time after time. My go-to comfort show!
