But for full disclosure, it should be mentioned that this is a graffiti- covered urban landscape with lots of run down neighborhoods... the recent KVAL poll showed that 86% of citizens do not feel safe in downtown Eugene. There are sketchy looking dudes pushing shopping carts all over this city. It was all very shocking to me when I first got here.
