If you believe in evolution then there's no debate that WOMEN are far more intelligent than men... Men take decision on the same pattern which is 1 - what is immediate benefit 2- what is immediate consequences And that's it they don't care about the other factors and you can see various studies showing men are more criminal more drug addict or in gambling because they think only considering immediate factors... On the other hand women decision making pattern is 1- are benefits worth the risk? 2- what are lifelong consequences That's why women are better at living and overall in everything... One more thing to notice men are only contributing sperm in means of evolution else than that they don't participate in childraising and family growth... plus they attack the more important gender which is female... If all men die today females can reproduce by freez sperms... Other way around all men will also die... So know your worth ladies otherwise evolution knows how to abort useless stuff from the planet... Nothing comes before survival

Well done, this list is a good start. But for full disclosure, it should be mentioned that this is a graffiti- covered urban landscape with lots of run down neighborhoods... the recent KVAL poll showed that 86% of citizens do not feel safe in downtown Eugene. There are sketchy looking dudes pushing shopping carts all over this city. It was all very shocking to me when I first got here.

You need to take into account that over 50% of marriages ends in divorce and out of that over 97% of the time men have to give child support,alimony and give 50% of what he owns including the house to his wife. So it is not about women being smarter it is just laws favoring women. One of the richest woman in the world became the richest woman in the world through divorce. Got 40 Billion dollars just for being born as a woman.

First of all there are more women than men so women should own more homes. Second, home ownership is not as important to men. Men are more likely by far to pick up and leave when advancement opportunity arises. Lastly, women owe much much more on their credit cards than men do because they spend far more than men do on clothes, shoes etc. Does that make men smarter than women ? Or is it different spending habits because men and women are clearly different ?

You didn't mention the survey you lier. And single women took everything men have, says the 75% divorce rate initiated by women. And I don't know a single working woman with better spending habits then working men. I think you need a hobby or more pride in your own life.
