Singular Genomics G4 Sequencing Platform Workshop and Q&A | ESHG 2023

In this presentation at the ESHG Conference, Darius Fugere and Dr. Timothy Looney highlight the capabilities of the G4 Sequencing Platform, a benchtop sequencer combining a novel 4-color Rapid sequencing by synthesis (SBS) chemistry with sophisticated optics and fluidic engineering. Designed to overcome the hurdles of traditional NGS systems, such as lengthy analysis times and high costs, the G4 Platform promises single-day turnaround times across a variety of applications. The platform is capable of running 4 flow cells in parallel, each flow cell with 4 individually addressable lanes, optimizing lab efficiency and saving costs.
