Franck Muller watches are fabulous. Crazy hours is what it's suppose to be... "Crazy" It engages the mind to seek the time, not numbly to glance at it. It is not hideous in any way, it's quite artsy. The mechanism is unique and genius too. Another one of my own that I love is the Conquistador Cortez King chronograph. Next in line a FM Tourbillon.
Wow. As a very well-informed and educated watch guy (collecting for 20+ yrs), this kind of videos makes me cringe. Again, it's an opinion so I can understand it. However, I've been to the Franck Muller facility in Geneve, and to see the engineering, care, and intricacy of these analog machines - it's mind-blowing. You can dislike the watch (it's your opinion), but to casually diss the watch illustrates your naive understanding of analog timepieces and what it takes to make them.....You know what they say about opinions.
The crazy hours is actually a "complicated" watch in my opinion. It has jumping hours and i think for under 10k it can be quite desirable. crazy hour is a beautiful piece of art in so many ways. i own crazy hour for the following reasons. 1. even numbers separated by even 2 and odd numbers even place on an even 2 is still seperated by an odd 3, both 2 and 3 are consider as even and odd as they could be divided by either 1 and 2 or 1 and 3 to add up the 2 and 3 you get 5. 2. odd numbers are placed between even numbers yet nr. 1, 4, 7 and 10 remains at their position with a constant 3 intervals. there is an equal number of odd and even numbers that remains at its orginal position 2/2 (golden ratio where a+b is to a as a is to b, and you find the centre), add that 2 up with the constant 3 intervals you end up with 5 again. also, each time the hour hand moves it is moving at a 5 intervals. 3. you have the 0 at the centre from the cross, where the hands are, placement of the numbers could be divided by a common number of 1 (twice), 2 sets of odd and even numbers reminding at its orginal position separated by a constant 3, hour hands moves at 5 intervals. this design is based on the fibonacci. i ve not seen the interior of this watch therefore i cant comment but logically its movement has to be on the smaller ends of the ratio in order to keep it moving circular keeping at its 5th position and to fit into the case and yet holds onto the golden ratio. hope it doesnt disappoint me. 4. also the intervals of 5 for me the parallel 5th movement which is use by mozart, debussy, jazz even pop for the movement of every mechanism has its rhythm and rhythm irregardless is music. 5. did you also know that the pentacle is one of the oldest symbols on earth which fits with telling time at the 5th interval since time does exists way before dinosaurs. by having it jump at a 5th interval is like a constant reminder to its wearer to respect time - the time of others, the remaining time we each have left on earth and to respect earth for living on earth for like time pieces the next generations would inherit it. so, i do hope you do understand that putting crazy hour on this list and telling ppl that the 5 intervals movement of the hour hands just isnt crazy enough simply shows me how much effort in research has been put in and how ignorant one could and choose to remain. whats worse is that some viewers might even believe what is being preach. what i ve heard is just substantial bull with not much of a beneficial content. its your opinion, ok. you have shared your opinion and i have mine, i just hope my reasons might change your mind abt it =)

Does anyone else get nervous that Christian is going to slam his watch against the steel table while speaking? My heart skips a beat every time his hands shoot around (watch puns intended)
Interesting discussion. Christian refers to the PP Nautilus as "one of the most important watches of all time". You got sucked into the hype, the love and importance for this watch is way over rated.
Franck Muller is definitely one of the most underrated brand that Carrie’s one of their top few line up such as Master Banker, Crazy Hours, Remember (my Top Choice), Colour Dreams etc. It’s a beauty. Their marketing hasn’t been good with Richard Mille overtaking them. In fact Franck Muller was founded 8 years earlier than Richard Mille. Richard Mille itself is having those avantgarde concept. Nonetheless, it is a great watch! With more marketing, they will be stronger one day!
Christian is similar to controversial YTers that try to gain viewers that embrace being disliked by loudly proclaiming polarizing opinions, using click-bait titles, and talking often about things he hates. The watch doesn't make the man, my man.
It's too bad that Muller didn't go into making nice well thought Art Deco inspired designs, they're really gone to the dogs, I'll bet he's crazy or whoever runs that company is. I agree with it all.
Anna, the Franck Muller (which you misspelled in the description 🤦♂️) watch is certainly not for everyone, it's for refined, tasteful and cultured people, i'm very disappointed and i just unsubscribed unfortunately.

So many dislikes! There is nothing to dislike here. I like this channel.there is passion. As for their most hated watch well it is THEIR opinion. You wanna know mine? crazy hour is a beautiful piece of art in so many ways. i own crazy hour for the following reasons.
1. even numbers separated by even 2 and odd numbers even place on an even 2 is still seperated by an odd 3, both 2 and 3 are consider as even and odd as they could be divided by either 1 and 2 or 1 and 3 to add up the 2 and 3 you get 5.
2. odd numbers are placed between even numbers yet nr.

Frank Mullet pathed the way for Independent watchmakers. Crazy hour is a watch I’d like to have. That is the novelty of it. It’s the art.
Love your videos. Great info. Keep up the GREAT work.
Does anyone else get nervous that Christian is going to slam his watch against the steel table while speaking? My heart skips a beat every time his hands shoot around (watch puns intended)

CRAZY HOURS
Interesting discussion. Christian refers to the PP Nautilus as "one of the most important watches of all time". You got sucked into the hype, the love and importance for this watch is way over rated.
Just because it’s steel?
philips defreville it was the first steel watch to be seen as luxury
Wasn't the Royal Oak first?
best watched i ever had , PP 5711, looks feels wears ... i am looking to buy the 5711P also .
So is the time on the pp more important than my Seiko?
Franck Muller is definitely one of the most underrated brand that Carrie’s one of their top few line up such as Master Banker, Crazy Hours, Remember (my Top Choice), Colour Dreams etc. It’s a beauty. Their marketing hasn’t been good with Richard Mille overtaking them. In fact Franck Muller was founded 8 years earlier than Richard Mille. Richard Mille itself is having those avantgarde concept. Nonetheless, it is a great watch! With more marketing, they will be stronger one day!
The "What-the-fuck-time-is-it-watch" - you seriously just made my week.
It's hard to take these guys seriously when they can't pronounce the names or keep straight thought.
Christian is similar to controversial YTers that try to gain viewers that embrace being disliked by loudly proclaiming polarizing opinions, using click-bait titles, and talking often about things he hates. The watch doesn't make the man, my man.
Stop waving your bloody arms about.. you will overwind your watches!!! And look at the camera
Well thanks, this clip just increased my love towards FM watches. Sometimes it’s hard to respect opinions of others, even though I try very hard😂😂
Thx for sitting down with Christian
It's too bad that Muller didn't go into making nice well thought Art Deco inspired designs, they're really gone to the dogs, I'll bet he's crazy or whoever runs that company is. I agree with it all.
Anna, the Franck Muller (which you misspelled in the description 🤦♂️) watch is certainly not for everyone, it's for refined, tasteful and cultured people, i'm very disappointed and i just unsubscribed unfortunately.
Out of all the luxury watches out there that are truly not good, these two chose actually really nice watches... “Horology experts” smh.
I don't think these people know what is fun. The amount of gold alone in FM is sufficient to justify the price. Plus the excellent craftsmanship.
If they the hours in traditional coordination on the Franck Muller, would the watch be worth it?
I love Frank Muller! The crazy hours is just crazy, that’s the whole idea with the the watch to be completely unconventional! I have a lote of watches but Frank Muller has something unique and different is an expression of modern art!
Christian where you get that sweater at
You certainly deserve a prize for putting together so many bollocks into one video. lol
I was surprised Hublot was not mentioned in the video.
“It’s not the crazy watch hour it’s the wtf time is it watch” actually hilarious
So many dislikes! There is nothing to dislike here. I like this channel.there is passion. As for their most hated watch well it is THEIR opinion. You wanna know mine? Can you handle it:) it’s PP Nautilus. As for crazy hours it’s not a bad watch and I like the brand.still her opinion is why I am here in the first place.
Omega defy classic or defy skyline?
“That’s just confusing, it’s not the crazy hours it’s the Wtf Time is it watch” lol. Great line ! Still laughing. Nice vid as always .
Thanks for watching!!!
Has anyone opened up one of these crazy hours to see if they are in house movements?
Rolly looks younger with every passing day
Hahahaha!!! Thank you!!!
So you buy luxury watches just to tell the time? Wtf! It is quite simply a work of art and technological achievement!
If you want to read the time correctly, buy an Apple Watch it will be even more precise ^^
If u don't like it, don't buy it, it's called Crazy Hours and it's meant to be that way.
If you have very limited money, "you literally hate this watches".
Every time I watch one of these videos, I wonder: who the hell is Theo and, where in the world is Harris?
Based on the comments it seems clear they messed up choosing the Frank Muller
lol FM crazy hours is a great watch. when I had one, I got the most comments of any watch I have ever owned. not because it was frank muller as most people don't know watches. it's just a cool watch.
dont knock crazy hours
Knew at 00:01 the dubious path our comment section was going to follow. #Annafansforlife
Pretty cool seeing both bother and sister interested in watches
