Leaving the F16 to “mature” for a few months but watching your videos on it Cap really scratch’s the itch! Keep em coming as I think this plane is right in that analog vs digital sweet spot for you 👍
Ash Little like a fine wine. I agree with you to an extent. I’ve been flying it for a bit each day but mainly sticking to my Horn....(deleted by Cap, this aircraft shall not be named). I’m definitely looking forward to F-16 upgrades. I think once it gets Link 16, IFF, all its pylons, HARMs and the ability to program steerpoints & CMDS is when I’ll go back to it fully.
IRememberJeep Agree. Once all your checklist is added, I will pull out the bank card. I’m VR only so D/L is essential for me, especially is everyone else is flying this little bird!
I need to learn the "Fox" lingo. So, Fox one is for semi active radar missiles, Fox two for infared missiles, and Fox three for Active Radar Missiles? Then there's "Guns, Guns, Guns," (formerly Fox four) and "Rifle" for Mavricks? What else is there, and am I correct so far? "Magnum" is for something, yes?
FA-18 is far more complete and obviously allows carrier deployments, F-16 is currently very basic with many missing features that will be filled out over the next year. Eventually will be quite similar to the Hornet with a better SEAD capability.Whatever floats your boat really and how long you are willing to wait.
As someone who has both Rn the hornet is better but the f16 will catch up quite quickly as a lot of the system are basically copy paste but the f16 flys a lot better in my opinion and it feels like it will be a better dogfighter when more complete so it’s up to you short and simple A2A viper A2G Hornet unless u want the option of carrier ops
I have the F18 (had it for 1 year) and continue to learn and refine all aspects of its use. This plane will keep you VERY busy with all its features. Not got the F16 yet as I feel it’s such a slow burner as with all the planes out the gate with a very basic set of functions available at launch. Definitely advice F18 as your first purchase. Give the F16 6 months to mature.
F-16 has no damage model, no iff, flight model is wonky, engine fuel consumption is off by 75%, ccip bombing might be off, only one rough skin, it cannot carry fox 1's (ever) and carries less missiles than the Hornet. F-16 off discount, now, is a big no. Three months from now, mayyyyybe. I'd give it 6 months though.
Thanks for all your hard work always appreciated.
It's so helpful to me when you
explain what all the abbreviations means, like INS, ADI, ILS, VVI.
Excellent can't wait to see you guys getting into some action with em.

I love your instructional videos! The only ones I watch. I’d just like to point out that on the ADI, the LOC is vertical and GS is horizontal.
It seems very simple and well set out.
agree
You’re the greatest Cap!
No you are!
Thanks Cap!

For SEAD missiles (anti-radiation)
ie: AGM-88 HARM, KH-25MPU and so on...
Rifle is for air to ground missiles
Is the VVI delayed like it is in a GA plane?
vry nice yes
Should I get f16 or 18

Can't wait for you guys using the f16 in some new missions and clap some cheeks.
Does this Dude Sleep..!! Doesn't matter..!! He sheds a 💩-Ton of insight 🧐 on every module...!! ASAP too...!! Thanx...!! 😎
Some of your videos are listed as [ Privat Video ] so i can't watch them.
Columbia Campaign nr 7 and 8.
Tutorial F-16 Viper nr 4,5 and 6.
Yes it's because they are becoming visible over next few days. I get complaints if too many become vis per day.
