The level 1 super looks like it would trigger a Blanka-Chan doll. I think this because it looks very similar to his lighting moves. BTW can you PLEASE try this?

It does and he did use it to activate a doll in his last blanka video

it does! If you hit the doll with the super, it launches the doll like a missile which makes it incredibly plus on block!
