I wholeheartedly agree with this. Many fandoms are demonized because they're not with the manufactured reality that the studios are making and I do feel like it as well with what is going on with the traditionalist movement. I just wish we'd go back to tradition and give it the best we can have at the time.

The marriage of "ontological positivism" and the clip chosen for it at 5:02, is pretty great and earned a sub! (i.e. ont-pos = what that admiral is saying -- which in a meta sense is an example of a symptom of ont-pos.)
