    Just built my first keyboard, and I decided to go with the silvers based on a few other channels recs. I absolutely LOVE them. Coming from knock off blue switches in a pre built, linears feel like heaven and I love how quick these switches are. Great for gaming, the typing experience is also so nice. Loving these. I also lubed them (springs by hand too, had to put myself through the pain). I did it without a switch opener too! Kept building them out of old credit cards. It worked out and I am really loving my new board. This was a great video, keep it up!!!

      The quality is actually quite good too, nothing ever feels cheaply made. I've got Ocean Blue right now and loving them but Silvers on the way for my second build of the hobby, gonna be sounding great based off my previous experience modding.

    Hey CGBuild! I really think these switches are great sounding. I’m new to Keyboards, and I think a beginners guide video would be good for bringing in new viewers. keep up the great videos. once i get my PC finished, i’m going to build a keyboard with these switches and definitely then polycarbonate plate. the thock was real

    These do sound good but they were still pretty scratchy to me even after lubing with Krytox205g0. DK oni are only slightly more expensive but are ridiculously smoother.

      @jo54763 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Jagr00nage Honestly, I'm finding that the Pro 2.0 switches are so smooth when handlubed that they beat my other linears (Giant V3, Boba LT, Gat yellow ks2 + outemu tops, aqua kings, tecsee ice candy nylon). I don't really see how a slight smoothness increase would justify the cost doubling (comparing Pro Yellow to Minks), though the wobble on Pro Yellows is pretty bad.

      Honestly both are good.. I love the reds because I’ve used them for so many builds.. but these silvers are sick.. I would go with the silvers imo.. they are super nice and sound so good
