Video for instruction only, we no longer offer the kits. Ebay maybe a good source

Anyone know part numbers of the special tools shown in the video so we can order them, or who manufactures them?

Why do a lot of guys use mineral oil instead of Pag when they are lubricating seals. I am assuming we are working on a 134-A system that requires Pag oils. Thanks-Nice collection of videos that you have made-John James

+john james ,Because PAG Oil is hygroscopic (like brake fluid is) and absorbs moisture from the air and atmosphere. If PAG oil collects moisture it causes, rust, corrosion, and form acids within the system as a result. Do it correctly and use Mineral Oil like you are suppose to use. You can also use Nylog too.

Does this apply to a 10p17c?

Yes, they are basically the same. The 17 is just larger.

@@bobsteinmann5793 I finally am getting around to doing this but having a hard time getting the clutch off. It's a 10p17 compressor in a w126 Mercedes with the clutch PN of 047300-3880 Denso and Mercedes Benz 116 130 02 06. There was a small 12mm nut I removed but I don't want to force the clutch or pulley off. The clutch has what looks like internal threads on the center near the shaft, along w what looks like a woodruff key.

May be stuck on the key/shaft. There is a puller tho remove the hubs when stuck. However, I doubt they are still made. @@nicholasroche

@@bobsteinmann5793 Thanks bob! It looked like there was a latch inside a 'window' for the woodruff key on the shaft but it sounds like the clutch should just pull right off?

@@bobsteinmann5793 thanks - got it off with a puller from AutoZone.
The outer stationary part of my replacement shaft seal had a part with a ridge on it, I'm assuming that faces the inner crankshaft side to ride the rotating side
