    Downgrade to Ultra-Wide sensor on 10 Pro compared to 9 Pro, even to 8 Pro, instantly made me skip 10 Pro. 10 Pro don't even have Macro mode anymore, which was introduced since 7T. OnePlus 10 Pro feels more like a regular 10 and not a Pro model.

    Nice video. Lots of information. Since I'm interested in buying one of the two i wanna ask if all the updates (till now) on the Oneplus 9 pro did fix known problems with the camera and picture Quality (Day, night), the battery drain and heating issues? If yes I don't see a reason to buy the Oneplus 10 pro.
    Thnx.

    There is 1 thing missing on the 10 pro. It's just a software thing. For some reason they removed the "Video motion enhancement" button. Might not be a big deal for everyone.
    But for me it is. I've gotten very used to it and it's so nice for the eyes to watch. It's like a pillow for the eyes, every video is extremely smooth and i have gotten very used to it.
    No idea why they removed the toggle. Both the 9 pro and 10 pro are using OxygenOS 12. Yet the 10 pro is lacking the software

    Hi great video. I'm considering a refurbished 9pro. Presently, my One +6T's screen is not responding. This has happened to end once before and the only fix I know is two let the battery die and power it back on. The sensor does work this time as to the buttons. I can triple tap to expand/shrink the screen, no icons work. Have you heard about this type malfunction?

      I am very unhappy with my OnePlus 9 Pro. If I were you, I would go with the 7 Pro instead, especially if you run a custom rom and use Gcam ( at least that's what I've read, as I haven't had the time to try it on my 7 Pro). Also there was pretty much nothing that I didn't like about my 7 Pro, which I definitely cannot say about my current 9 Pro. I'm actually so dissatisfied with this phone, I am seriously considering moving over to Samsung. I had multiple issues with the fingerprint sensor lighting up and not working and causing the screen to get stuck on full brightness, until I restarted it, and then it only worked another 5 or so times until another restart was required. It's working better now, but this phone is overhyped to say the least. Hope this helps.

I dropped the phone and sold it to a friend, then I got a Pixel 6 Pro because the software and the aggressive as hell power management that wouldn't turn of even when I told it to really got on my nerves, plus that android 12 launch was buggy as hell for OnePlus.

    I have the OnePlus 8 Pro and as of tonight I found the OnePlus 9 pro on a flash sale and grabbed it for $639.99. Probably shouldn't have but it seems now as of today that the 9 Pro to now be a better device much better than it was upon its initial release. I'm curious to compare the 8 Pro and 9 Pro which I'll probably upload a comparison video on my channel. The 10 Pro I have not had any interest in at all because it's a OnePlus device that was produced after OnePlus became OnceWas. I have handled it in person and found the quality to be much cheaper than that of my 8 Pro which in all honesty the 8 Pro was produced when OnePlus was at the very height of their glory thus making it the very best iteration that OnePlus will ever have produced and it will always be their best. The 9 Pro I think to be and I'll know in a couple of days a much better device than the 10 Pro. In fact I don't see the OnePlus that is of today being around much longer. Maybe one more year or if it does remain OPPO will reserve OnePlus to be their upper midrange which is what the 10 Pro very much is. It has a lot of flagship features but at the same time a lot of very average at best features mixed in to include a midrange build quality that basically if OPPO keeps the OnePlus name going here in the US will no doubt be what the 10 Pro is now. An upper midrange. OPPO is not going to produce a true OnePlus flagship thus competing with themselves as a whole. I like OPPO don't get me wrong but they have zero presence here in the US and that will remain because Apple controls the mobile market industry here and they only allow Samsung to be the only other equal alternative. Google pixel has years to go being they just produced arguably their best Pixel to date but albeit with their own in-house processor that isn't yet comparable to Qualcomm and still sits well below the snapdragon 888. To digress I had not planned on getting the 9 Pro but at $639.99 I felt with it having guaranteed major software updates up to Android 14 that it to be a very good price being that the 9 Pro having finally had all the major software issues smoothed out and it what I believe to still be one of the very rare flagships to be available here in the US outside of the truly only two options that Apple will allow. Themselves and Samsung with a tiny bit of Google mixed in. Apple works outside what is free market enterprise thus controls and dictates which company to be their only true competitor that of Samsung and it will remain sadly this way until Apple either crumbles which isn't likely for many years to come so the US allows Apple to operate as a illegal legal monopoly and its an utter shame. Apple has been and will be to remain an absolute and this is why monopolies are illegal but the US government operates with Apple and Apple lobbyist under the table so what can you do. You have no choice but to choose Apple or Samsung. That's why I decided to grab the 9 Pro unlocked US model and will use my 8 Pro and 9 Pro until they have ran their last leg life span. Those of you whom have access to the numerous other truly nice flagships outside the US, this should be exciting times for you as you in fact have a healthy economics type Market that offers you a choice. Rejoice in that as the US can only look inward as an outsider. Have a blessed day.

      @TheDiveWatcher 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I will as well be looking at the Ultra Model to see if it is as well built as to the standards of what ended it seems with the 9 Pro which was the end of the actual real OnePlus. I don't think you are getting too far ahead at all as to comment in regard to the comment that stated you to slow down. In fact I don't feel it will be all that much longer before the Ultra to be released at least in China at first. Plus that's part of the experience that makes it cool and fun. To anticipate a not too far off highly probable Ultra model release from the oppo OnePlus company is not getting ahead of yourself. I too anticipate and I hope the build quality is there and better than that of the 10 Pro which I recently uploaded a video on my small channel about the 9 Pro in 2022 being worth it vs what my verdict states to be a much better buy than the 10 Pro. Keep your enthusiasm man because that's what it's about. No offense to the one who posted or commented towards you to slow down. Stay your course. I'm right there with you and agree. I too am eager to get my hands on the soon to be released ultra which will be the tell all that will indicate what oppo's OnePlus will bring to the table being it to be what oppo's OnePlus will reflect because it will or should reflect their very best which I speculate strongly will still have an inferior build quality what I feel certain to be and why I bought the 9 Pro as it is the very last true OnePlus that will have been made with the true OnePlus DNA so the 9 Pro is the very last of its kind. As I stated in my video here on TH-cam was that if anyone was on the fence about getting the 10 Pro to get the 9 Pro instead at $799 as it's a superior device by quite a large margin. I've handled and interacted with the 10 Pro first hand and I knew immediately corners had been cut thus if oppo indeed keeps OnePlus the name around which I don't feel they will but for maybe one more year but if they do and go beyond my prediction then oppo will ensure their version of OnePlus will remain to be a upper midrange device because oppo would not compete against themselves by building a device that is as nice as what they already make with the true top end flagships they do with oppo. There's no way they logically would dare produce a device just for the US that will rival oppo's best. Not a chance. Oppo is simply right now with the 10 series testing the waters as to whether they will continue keeping the name only OnePlus around and the 10 series once has ran it's course will answer oppo's test. I lean towards this being oneplus's last year because the 10 Pro simply won't in the end have been worth it to oppo thus costing them in the end. They aren't going to loose money simply to just keep a US presence and I can tell ya had the real OnePlus not have broken into the US market that there would not be a OnePlus 10 Pro at all. The 10 Pro is nothing more than a big business test and chess positional move and that's the real absolute truth. Anyways I wanted to second you on your eager anticipation because that's what makes mobile fun.

    I'm pretty pissed off. It appears when it comes to the actual Modems and Bands the 10 Pro is over 300% Faster on the T-Mobile 5g network. I ran over 20 tests on Ookla speed test and the 10 stomped all over the 9 Pro speeds on the T-MOBILE Network. Example in my room on the 10 Pro 5g download test speeds hit 70 to 110 Mbps. I ran 20 tests. The 9 Pro highest download speed was 23 Mbps. I ran 20 tests. This proves the 10 Pro has more modem bands in mimo that give you much higher bandwidth on T-Mobile advanced 5g OC bands and incredibly higher download speeds.
    Such a shame one generation in the phone ruins speed bandwidth.
    I'm very, very upset but it seems non of these comparo guys doesn't have a clue to real world network speeds in the USA 💯
