I'm glad Minho is strong. I know he passed out from crying, but seeing him being strong for others makes me feel a little bit better. Not because he's fine, but because I know he's not, but he still have strength. SHINee, stay strong, we, Shawols, will support you. Always.
I always see how many people make jokes about ex-lovers enjoying funerals, but in a real case, I can see how much Shin Se Kyung loved Jonghyun, I guess he was special for her, because she is a top actress, she doesn't have time but take few minutes to show her pain and respect at this tragic moment.

We really shoudl be alarming this time. Jonghyun isn’t teh o ly pne who suffered from depression. We need to be careful this time and never let this happen again. It breaks my hearti to see someone died when they have lots of things that they can do in their lives.

Don't get me wrong but I don't want MinHo to be strong. Especially not now. Let him be weak, let him cry, let him scream, I really think he needs it, more than anyone else. He's been my UB for more years than I can count and today, as a Flame, the only thing I want is to see other people taking care of him, like he always did. Seeing him crying in someone's arms. Again, don't get me wrong, i want nothing more than to see all SHINee members happy but right now, I think that acting strong is a cruel thing. How can you act strong when you lose your brother ? In front of so many people ? Or many cameras ?

I couldn't say it any better. I hate when people say be strong, when your at your darkest point of your life. To be someone other than yourself for the sake of others. People should abandon those words that were meant to encourage. But really was to place a mask over what your truly feelings. And pushing those human emotions back, and appear like you got your shit together. I hate that the most.

Hello, this is something so shocking and may he Rest In Peace. I’m a little confused what’s going on with these idols, I see how they go and sign something I’m not sure, but if anyone can, explain what’s happening?
The first 2 sentences of the subtitles say it all. Jonghyn hadn't a male head in his life in his private family . There wasn't a head mourner at his funeral. Jonghyun hadn't an close male relative in his family. He lived as a fatherless guy and boy. Since his childhood. And this was what made him sick and ill with depressions and deeply lonely. Because every little boy needs fatherly support attention and guide and praise. Its clearly to see for everyone who has basic knowledge in psychology. This was the damn unsolved problem for him. To reject his own father because he wasn't there for him as a child is only the first step on a very long road to deal longlife with a failed relationship with the own father. If a father failed to love his son properly and hurt him his whole childhood the first reaction of a child always is reject this father . So did Jonghyun. Bur its not the final solution of this kind of problem. Because the emotional needs towards an father remain into the soul and heart of young boy ans young man. Those needs remain longlife. But no one can force a man to be a good father. If that doesn't come freely of a father its useless to wait for. But how to deal with the caused wounds and this empty space inside ur soul? How to live with that lack of fatherly energy a whole life? How to learn to be ur own father u urself ? How to give u urself alone this fatherly energy as a male child? Its not possible normally. Its a hard long way to deal with such a familiar lack and it needs support from really well educated doctors and psychologers and also wise spiritual people and real friends. And somehow Jonghyun truly had bad luck bcs he hadn't this people around him. Like his farewell-letter said. I was utterly alone.
I just can't believe it. Why? Fucking why? SM you need to wake up and take care of your artists. Their needs are valid. Their feelings and emotions are valid. They are valid. They are NOT machines.

I don't know if I would call them friends, but Nauen and Taemin was married through the program We Got Married. She met the rest of the boys a couple of times. I was just thinking that it would be polite to visit since she had hanged out with them a few times. As I said, Eunji went to the funeral and she wrote online that she wasn't even that close to Jonghyun (she has also met him a couple of times due to the program).

Korea Top News I think this will have a snow ball effect to the idols and their fan. There are bad effect such as suicide attempt of one of shinee fans which happen recently . Plus, many depress idol will somehow reveal themselves. The good effect is fans start to treat their idols much more respectivally , like allowing to date once a while, as it is good for them mentally. International fans are more tolerant and about this things. Plus, kpop idols appreciate each other more, as they know that death and depression can happen in a young age. So, perhaps they will let go themselves and try many things .Like love one another more... Perhaps...Not put anymore walls

Everyone handles emotion differently, even though they are sad they will not cry. He is probably breaking inside but he's not showing it
Trying to be strong. Everything happened so fast, he is probably in shock right now. After someone dies, there is a time where you are lethargic, a sense of "is this real life?". He is probably trying to keep a strong facade so that the funeral goes well. Obviously you can see in his face that he is most definitely devastated. He lost a brother, no one can understand how he feels, and everyone shows it differently. Let's just be supportive and send our prayers, that is all we can do, especially for international fans.
