Nice video! When designing our own plane, should we keep both side of CG have the same weight?

Great, so how far in from the leading edge do you put your finger tips?
I have a glider with no markings for this or a manual

Ok, so lets talk about finding the CG on a scratch built plane that has no plans to tell you where the CG is.

I've often wondered about balancing low wing aircraft upside down. Would this technically not give a false "top heavy" result?

It's usually found not far behind the leading edge of the wing root.

Did you guys design the laser cuts yourselves? I'd like to know how one can design a model from laser-cut balsa wood. Any tips for the process, did you use a 3d software or just tried it out until it worked?

My idea would be to design a model of a roller coaster train.

'Here is how to find the center of gravity (CG) of a radio controlled (RC) plane. ' - oh, just look it up in the manual, er, we've all got manuals, yes? No? Er........... Well blow me down , the C of G can be worked out yourself? Sounds a bit old school to me, - A simple vid from a bright guy, who suffers from being spoonfed!
