Is idly rice / raw rice / parboiled rice
You can use idli rice or raw white rice, but not parboiled rice..

This is called idli in South India.We won't add Yeast.Will keep the batter for 8 hrs and then prepare.
This is different type of idli. These are spongy like bread and also has unique flavour. You try it.
Idli is idli .. and sannas is sannas ... It's a Goan / Manglorean dish . Best with non veg curry.

I tried yr sanaa idli it was a failure yeast smell was awful n it wss not soft at all it was like rock i followed the same method it was very disappointing i cannot go wrong as i am a very good cook
