What she didn’t mention is that you don’t want to put the tab on the first book of each Bible because they will alternate sides. If you are turning to the page before the tab, always put it on the right side. If you are pulling the tab to each book, always put it on the left side. I figured this out about halfway through the Old Testament and you can’t really take the tabs off without causing damage. Hope this helps!

Okay nvm I get it now lol if the first book is on the left side then you just put the tab on the second page on the right hand side that way when it's time to use the tab to flip to the chapter it's there and not on the wrong side of the page

Details: this does take time, I started at Starbucks for one hour yesterday evening, then one hour and a half at home. If you’re going for the STAGGERED tab look (which is most appealing) then i would highly suggest a card stock or thick paper as a guide, a pencil to make minor markings as placeholders. I suggest keeping to the right (so tab on the right side only). I would remove one tab at a time, use the page after the chapter starts, and with using the right page i would use the nonstick side of the tab and position it according to the tab placed just before (giving a little space so the tabs aren’t on top of each other) and then carefully press on the back side and flip /bend it close. I hope this helps…. Lol I played youtube R&B gospel and went to work. My new bible (N)Courage Woman’s Bible looks great. Blessings.

You should always stick your tabbie on the right page, even if the first page is on the left....will protect those pages

I got the black, white and creamy grey bible tabs from illustrated Faith. I haven’t put them on my bible yet.

So I didn’t think about how my bible is written the tabs had to be placed on the top of the page because they can’t go on the side the scripture covers the entire page on each chapter but it’s ok still able to separate my chapters for easier way to find em. I want to make my bible feel like its all mines so I been thinking about how to customize it so it doesn’t feel like just bought all plain
This vid is 6 years old was wondering if you had an experience with getting the tabs off and replacing them with new ones without ripping the pages. I want to keep the same bible for life and I'm afraid if I put tabs on it then they will degrade much faster than the book and ruin it in the future.
So when I’m going from Bible to the next Bible when you say stagger it, do you mean placed a tab on the opposite side of the page? And how do I work it down further so that I can find them all in the correct order? I have brain damage and some cognitive effects, and I’m trying to do this correctly.
