ओल्या नारळाची चटणी
ओला नारळ - fresh coconut
भाजलेले शेंगदाणे - roasted peanut 2 tbsp
भाजलेली चणा डाळ - roasted chana dal 2 tbsp
आल - ginger
लसूण पाकळ्या - garlic cloves 4
हिरवी मिरची - green chilli 3
कोथिंबीर - coriander leaves
दही - curd 2 tbsp
मीठ चवीप्रमाणे - salt to taste
शेंगदाणे चटणी
शेंगदाणे - peanut 1 cup
भाजलेली चणा डाळ - roasted chana dal 2 tbsp
उडीद डाळ - urad dal 1 tbsp
आल - ginger
लसूण पाकळ्या - garlic cloves 4
सुकी लाल मिरची - red chilli 3
चिंच - tamarind
मीठ चवीप्रमाणे - salt to taste
तेल - oil 1 tbsp
तडका
तेल - oil 2 tbsp
मोहरी - mustard seeds 1 tsp
उडीद डाळ - urad dal 1 tsp
सुकी लाल मिरची - red chilli 3
हिंग - hing 1/2 tsp
कढीपत्ता - curry leaves 10/12
