I'm really hoping we get Portable Ops in Vol. 2 of the Master Collection. Looks like a classic MG experience in terms of infiltration with the experiment of what we'll see in recruitment in Peace Walker.
Peace walker also has those patches, although the game has some really weird bugs at 60FPS. It's mostly okay, but then some random mission ends up being impossible unless you're on 30FPS
Im curiuous to see whats your thoughts on MGS4. Its a game that i have never played, since i dont own a ps3, but keep wanting to do so, because i really like MGS. Hopefully someday it will arrive on pc in one of those collections.
I can't wait for his review of MGS4 as well. MGS4 is my favorite. I beat that's game so many times. In one save file, I had every gun unlocked & attachment. Also, I started experimenting a lot in that game to see what cool touches they added. Like once you camouflage your suit, it'll transfer to the cutscenes. Also, if you shake the controller in the middle of a cutscene, the camo suit will go back to its original black color.
What are your thoughts on the infinite mission feature? I always thought those kind of features give any game a massive amount of replay value that every time you play the game from mission to mission, its fresh every time.
I love this game. This was created with the intention of being cannon and it has been widely debated ever since. I like this game a lot

There's a 30 and 60 fps patch for this emulator and game which makes it way better to play for anyone interested
Finished the emulator also
you mind sharing it? that'd be so cool, thanks.
That form has both the 30 FPS and 60 FPS patch. Some people say the 60 FPS patch breaks their game so 30 is probably the safest way to go

To me it really looks like the main character is wearing thigh high stockings.
Damn
I played Portable ops more than 200 back in time 2007 to 2008, I loved the game so much, enjoyed the Story and boss fights.

I actually liked Portable Ops better than PeaceWalker . Highly underrated story
I agree, even the characters like Python are memorable to me.

Portable Ops hasn't been canon in ages but I'm glad you tried it.
as far as i'm concerned, Peace Walker is Portable Ops done right.
i remember dragging the soldiers back taking ages, really killed the pacing, but at least the fulton in sequels fixed that.
Heck yeah love these videos!
Somebody really named their TH-cam channel GameCast..? I find that hilarious 😅 "I said I got GameCast man, I can't afford it!"
Great video btw!!!
Good review
one of my favorite MGS games ❤
The whole thing is canon. Dont worry about it jus review it. Fk other ppl and what they think they are useless
Me on my vita wondering why these youtubers keep using the psp as their excuse to emulate portable ops
