Hes going like 30% speed, at full speed he'd very very easily break their bones during each 'joint break'. Vlad was taught systema in the russian spetznas, the spetznas are green berets and cia assassins combined. You don't get it. Its extremely likely that vlad has fought and killed jason bourne type people when he was in the military.

inUR2teeth, I am a BJJ practitioner , would be a pleasure. Also known other martial arts that deal with knifes. Its very simple when you do movements knowing previously what the oponente will do. They collaborate too much for this fake performance,

Now, if a sensei or a "master" wants to teach something, he'll have to start "somewhere" to show "a technique"....
The beauty of Systema is that they don't teach techniques but concepts... so because real life is not "rigid" as a technique.. but once you get the concept And You train, it's automatic...n you don't have to think about it... it's a natural reaction.
Again, I know and I've read a lot of haters bs about Systema... but again, if you have doubts, go to him and tell him to his face. Test him.... he will be more than happy "to show" you.
And whatever belt hold your pants up, be sure that somewhere somebody is better than you. Martial artist or a "simple smuggler" from the street. Be careful and work on your ego whenever you can. Keep it down. Sometimes... to "loose" is to win. Take care
