Mais do que memorizar um determinado movimento primamos por memorizar a capacidade de improvisar num cenário de tensão. Venha fazer uma aula pra conhecer o método. Obrigado!

Oh , gosh. A system that teaches people to "absorb punches" which means they look like they've been poleaxed when they take the slightest tap, and everyone is desperate to show off how well they "absorb" a hit, so they immediately fall over when their teacher touches them? Fucking hell, Russia. We know you haven't done anything worthwhile since 1947, but good grief...
Nothing magic or fake about this ... If you look closely (this particular video is made for that), you will notice those "slight taps" are very precise, targeting specifically very vulnerable areas like the solar plexus, liver, kidneys, chin, etc... and those precise, relaxed hits will assuredly have some effect on a person, even when applied very lightly and gently like we see here. Like, if someone "slightly tapped" your b*lls unexpectedly, you'd probably react to that, right ? ;) If he was going deeper (harder, if you will), the damage would be significant, and I assure you the target wouldn't get up for a while, if ever ... The purpose of this demo is not to teach students to absorb hits, it's to show how relaxation an short distance strikes can render the work "invisible" to the opponent, thus mostly bypassing his guard, increasing the effectiveness of those unexpected strikes and confusing the target. As to why they "fall over", well ... again, look closely, the positioning of the strikes in regards to how his partners are standing is very precise, is it not just striking but more "destructuration by striking", rewatch the video with that in mind, maybe you'll see what I mean ... It seems weird, it is improvised, but it's not random.
@@romainl2268 I suggest YOU watch the video again. The instructor is entirely reliant on his attackers not defending or protecting themselves, despite being stood so close to him he can smell what they had for breakfast, and most of them act like they've been knocked over when the blow didn't even connect. I'm a firm believe that all martial arts systems are based on real, functional principles, but how they are TAUGHT is crucial as to whether they are effective. Systema has a well-deserved reputation for having a bunch of clowns teaching nonsense to their students, and this video exemplifies it.
Just like Aikido: your dummies move slow, you move fast. Everyone thinks you're amazing, but you wouldn't last 5 seconds against someone actually hitting at speed. Garbage martial art.
