Especially sweet crispy crunchy and flaky snacks like madakku ( it is named so in mslabar region, a teastall snack). Kaaja / madakku / ainas is a very popular layered sweet which is deep fried and then coated with sugar syrup. This madakku snack is a common snack during any occasions. മിയ കിച്ചൻ റെസിപി നോക്കി ഇത് ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിരുന്നു but രാവിലെ ആക്കി വൈകുന്നേരം ആയപ്പോൾ പഴം പൊരി പോലെ soft ആയി .ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ ഉടനെ നല്ല ക്രിസ്പി ആയിരുന്നു .മൂന്നു തവണ ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കി അങ്ങനെ തന്നെ ആയിരുന്നു .എന്താ കാരണം
