I had ulnar neuropathy surgery in 2011 and lift weights regularly which has helped a great deal. Golf and tennis no issues since my rehab but still use a tens unit with flare ups after typing/computer work. It was a lousy work injury from 90 hour weeks and bad ergonomics. Ten’s Unit is GOLD.
thank you for this! I've been experiencing numbness in my right pinkie and ring finger on occasion and wondering about the cause. It's kind of a relief to know that it's probably not something serious. I'm a high school teacher, so I spend long hours hunched over a desk marking papers or studying and I occasionally catch myself in truly atrocious goblin-like positions. I'm going to start doing these exercises as part of my daily stretching routine!
You're very welcome, @JoeRobson! Just curious - do you rest the forearm of the affected arm on your desk while sitting? That constant pressure is a common cause of this type of pain. Anyway - I'm glad you found the video and I hope these exercises help you! Thanks for commenting.
You bet, @zulmabontiffe487! Here's a great resource for carpal tunnel: th-cam.com/video/tH0AuoLAJBg/w-d-xo.html; unfortunately I don't have anything for finger locking yet. I hope they help you! Thanks for commenting.
I really need some information on the reason for a finger suddenly locking up that I have to pull the finger back in place. I'm getting this on both ring fingers of both hands 🥴 I had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands and finger release repair years ago with no complications post op. I do have some arthritis in both hands. Thank you for any suggestions.

@toneandtighten Yes, we all love that you explain it with medical terminology....but to where a layman can understand as well. Thanks again!☺️✌️

@@toneandtighten I think I might be doing that, yes! I’ll have to pay attention next time I’m at my desk. Thanks again!
🎉❤😊 I had an ulnar nerve release in 1990's. I still get occasional numbness. Also cubital tunnel. I had an ulnar block. That was an experience.
