Camera quality is of a professional editor though Jeff 👀
Thanks man and got a mic on order 👍 We leveling up
Ah this explains the instagram short in so much detail, thanks Jeff!
Thanks for the detailed explanation Jeff
You’re welcome
Always a great way to start my Saturdays!
🤝
My favorite professional editor on TH-cam
🙏🏻
I'm here for the great content
There we go 👊🏻
Love watching you train Jeff! It’s like watching an artist at work! I’m looking at to get a 16 week programme of you guys, I’d like to work with one of you guys. Thanks for all the info. Nick (London)
Thank you Nick, really appreciate this. It’d be our honor to have you 🤝
What's your take on hitting the different heads of the triceps? I see you only do pushdowns, do you feel they hit the entire triceps sufficiently (in combination with your pressing exercises)?
I’ve done years of overhead work in my early days and the last decade or more not so much and I don’t see any significant difference either way personally
@@jeffalberts7968 super interesting
We need some RCTs on whether crossing your fingers during a set results in higher luck activation
Great tips as always Jeff. Curious, any reason why you prefer that attachment for pushdowns over a rope?
Thanks. I use the rope at times, but the bar feels more stable for me. As far as development, I haven’t noticed any difference between the two.
I apreciate your work and i learned a lot from your videos.
I would like to ask a question if possible. In your workouts, how do you use failure? And how would you recommend someone use it?
Love you work! A hug from a bug fan from Brazil!
Thanks! Good idea for a video in the future 👊🏻
Do you train abs? Didn’t see them in your routine.
Indirectly 👍
Do you always lift without music or just for the video? A good tune can give me an extra 2-3 reps on some exercises.
Also, that's a very advanced split! I have enough trouble making a split to include the frequency I want on certain body parts at 1x/day, the 2x/day is nuts, and with such short sessions!
I had heard those crossover curls called pinwheel curls by the late great John Meadows. I also really love his variation of hammer curls seated backwards at a lat pull station with the upper arm against the thigh pads. Super stable and you can grind really hard.
I listen to music at times, watch sports or just in quiet. For the videos it makes sense not having music.
John Meadows was a great teacher and giver to the spor. He’s missed!
The am/pm sessions are not too hard as I’m not doing a lot of work per session so performance is solid and recovery is on point. With that said, it’s practical for me with a home gym and I work from home. Most people that’s not too practical to have split sessions.
Great video. Wondering why you personally do 2 a day sessions? Do you get better performance?
Thanks. Yes, shorter sessions so intention is more on point and I’m getting better performance.
I really feel my upper Chest and Front Delts and get a Pump on controlled decline pushup (feet on an Elevation)
My Chest almost never got pumped on normal exercises, i feel IT more in triceps or Front Delts. My Chest IS weak. Problem is with my weighted vest i dont get complete rom, i Wonder If i can build Some Chest, would you say that chances are high If you never got a good Pump before, and now you get a good Pump, that this is not genetics but more of a ,", Connection issue"?
Not sure, I’d need to see how you execute movements from start to finish as well as your intensity level.
Beautiful
Thanks
7:02 even tho you were prepping, those arms aren't less than 18ish inches or are they? Btw I'm starting my muscle building phase, current bf is around 12% and my weakest part of my body is my arms, any tips? Here's a list of my strongest to weakest/underdeveloped body parts
Legs
Front Delts
Chest
Triceps
Back
Biceps
Any help would be appreciated 😇
You got way stronger on this top backoff style, have you also recognized new Hypertrophy? Or is it just neuronal?
He cant build muscle at this program .If you are experrinced bodybuilder like Jeff, You need more quality volume to develop hour physique... Soo its for maintance.
@@sebaseba2993 He got stronger, theres a reason and the reason IS maybe Hypertrophy especially in Isolations
Explain why one couldn’t build muscle on this? I’m curious. -Jeff
@@Team3DMJ would you say you have gained a Bit from the top Back Off Training? I mean you got stronger
@@ew-zd1thI used this over the years from time to time and it’s been a part of my overall development. Yes, I get stronger and it helps to lift more load across multiple sets.
How many inches are your arms unflexed?
Must be at least 17
I don’t know tbh, but flexed cold in the offseason 18
Great insight thanks! I've started practicing poise like you said. In the last video when you were coaching Brad through his set. I took that little nudge you gave him to keep going myself, and my Squat & RDL load and reps increased.
Thanks guys 💪💙
@@fossilfusionz8891Thanks and glad to hear the vids have been helpful. Glad to hear performance is elevating 👍
Sir whats your total testosterone level ?
