В '90, хотя скорее в конце '90, это был прямо пафос напоказ и пик богатства - кирпичный дом, да с бассейном, да с "канадским садом", как тогда его называли. Сейчас это всё ещё неплохой дом, но уже конечно требует серьёзных вложений для ремонта и обустройства, что бы его подтянуть под современные мерки. Под средние современные мерки.

Happens... Its easier to get used to checking the remider (notepad on the phone or some table for schedule) when you wake up and then setting the alarm, than suffering. I know how it feels when you are good, but do the bad thing and "have only yourself to blame".

@@woofkaf7724 в детстве мы каждое лето снимали дачу на три месяца, каждый год у разных людей. Это были даже не отдельные участки, а летняя постройка на участке хозяев или одна комната в доме. И то нам выделяли немного земли под пару грядок.

This house in Australia would require someone on $100000 AUD annual income to rent because the rent would simply be beyond reach of the ordinary people. A 4 bedroom house in a regional town like mine by the coast is $950-$1200 a week

It's really difficult to say. The owners want to sell in for 24 million rubles. But it's not worth this. The location is expensive but the house is dated.

I'm good at forgetting stuff and getting sidetracked. I put an alarm on my phone a sensible time (how much time I need) before what I was going to do and give it a name, eg ring health centre
