Confidence & learning how to bring calm to ones self. Right now my sister is experiencing anxiety, she has bouts of anger that become rage. Her husband has separated from him. I remember when my husband divorced me, I went into psycho therapy to learn what I did wrong & how to be a mature adult. Psycho therapy taught me I had to change my thinking. Confidence is key, also how to calm one self, be responsible for my own happiness, caring for myself & not to cling. Its for my sister to make decision does she want to work/change way she thinks to gain confidence, how to calm herself, etc., control her anger & rages?

My spouse emotionally abused me for 7 years. When I finally figured out what was going on and confronted her, she left. I blame her.

Save the child from an unexpected divorce whether if the child is born or preborn. Whither is aware and they notice at a young or old age.
Hopefully parents out there who have custody of children dont coach their kids against their parents who don't have custody.
We want to be good role models as parents. For me I'm not a parent thank goodness things didn't work out with my parents.
I'm told I look like my dad in a bad way. It's not my fault sorry I meant to write what part of mine. I have some sneaky thoughts it's not my fault is one of them.
I would rather live alone and die alone. I hope we do what's best for our children.

Yes, we have to get to the point where we can separate our feelings with what is best for the children.
