Does a passive investor receive monthly returns or after the 3-4 year term? I am concerned that I would be spinning on wheels every 3-5 years finding another deal to invest. I guess I am an invest and receive returns on one or multiple family forever i.e invest and done. Kee adding to my portfolio and it increasing over time but invest and done.
Good question from what I understand I believe it varies and honestly just depends how the specific Deal is structured
