    This interview was 🔥. As a Commerical real estate investor who owns multiple properties in Jackson, MS there are people who are specifically going after Section 8. We need more conversations around this as opposed to telling people to run and put everyone on section 8.

      Agreed! There is no on size fits all to this think. I don't think everyone should have to use section 8. Would love to hear more about what you're doing in MS!

    Seems like a lot of individuals were able to scale around 2019 during covid. I wonder if they took out PPP loans to buy property.
